Perfect present
I bought this a s a Christmas cracker present for my son in law who, although an adult, adores Lego. He is also a surgeon and I have seen it amongst his other collectibles on display so it obviously went down well.

Collectables used for ESL students
I use the hospital themed minifigures to create scenes which will encourage learners to practise the language they will use at work as a doctor or nurse. The surgeon is particularly life-like and holds an injection and X-ray in his or her hands which helps to trigger language production. I particularly like the fact that the surgeon could be male or female.
