Plastic Livestock Waterer

Item arrived quickly and in good condition no issues. I ordered two of these for some goats we had and they hold up very well. Having that drain plug is amazing to have so you can easily clean the water out and get any debris out from the bowl. Highly recommend if you have any outside animals.

I'd give it 5 stars but the drain plug leaked and the instructions didn't offer where to find the exact size of the hole so I could attach a drain hose to it. I'm using this for chickens...works well. So for now I just put a little silicone around the plug tightened it place and no leaks but I can't really remove it and drain now. So if it gets dirty I'm just holding the float up, splashing the dirty water out and last little bit I'll take an old towel to collect the remaining water, wipe it out and let it refill. Takes a few seconds - so improvements could be done with a little hose to attach for that drain plug.

Only drips in the bowl. Mounting holes are too big. Made of very cheap plastic. So if you have a bigger dog I would definitely not buy this and spend your money else where. Takes 45 mins to fill the bowl. Definitely deserves negative 3 stars.

Valve made of plastic can’t tighten enough without breaking, valve and float keep spinning inside and water stops flowing consistently 3+ times a month have to fix straightening valve and float

Cats love it. I change it out about every two weeks as it's indoors and not much dust. I use filtered Britta water for it.

We love this! We bought this for our dogs outside for summer and it has been great! You do need to mount it to something and the dogs get dirt in it that sits at the bottom so we clean it often. But well worth the price.
