Product description ------------------- Sugarcel works in similar ways to gum tragacanth, stiffening up sugarpaste to a firmer consistency or transform royal icing into florist paste. This is perfect if you're looking to create a tougher paste to add strength to delicate sugar flowers and petals. Ingredients ----------- Carboxy Methyl Cellulose E466 P.when('A').execute(function(A) { A.on('a:expander:toggle_description:toggle:collapse', function(data) { window.scroll(0, data.expander.$expander[0].offsetTop-100); }); }); Directions ---------- Add approx 1 tsp to 250g of sugarpaste to strengthen.
