A solid grip
This is a solid accessory for the gym. The way the grip eliminates grip strength is fantastic… very useful in isolating the muscle you are focussing on, without any fear of grip strength. The material used just clings onto the bar without any slippage. Glad I got this. Worth it

Orderd small got extra small in post, turns out they are the perfect size and smalls would have been to big. If you are unsure what size to get, go one size smaller.

Absolutely worth the investment
I have a physical disability on my right hand that gives me really weak grip strength which has definitely affected my ability to workout especially doing pulling exercises. I’ve tried some regular wrist straps that didn’t really help but saw these recommended by dr Mike and decided to give them a go and honestly they’ve been life changing in terms of helping me w my workouts. Grip is no longer a limiting factor and I can really push myself way more than I used to. I never go to the gym without these when training my upper body and I’ve had them for months. So all in all 5/5 stars and if it works for a disabled guy it will definitely work for you

Muy buenos gripps
Gripps de tope de gama. Se sienten firmes y de calidad. Perfectos para ejercicios donde no quieres que el agarre sea el limitante. El material de agarre tiene muy buena adherencia, solo que al principio huelen bastante a este mismo.
