Double D Handle for Cable Machine - Ergonomic Row Handle Cable Attachment - Triangle V Bar Grip LAT PullDown Attachments for Home Gym

New additions to my home gym. These were bought to let me do landmine, and narrow grip row work. For that they both do exactly what they were made for. The Double D Handle is well constructed, feels good in my hands when i use it, and so far I have felt it is easy to grip. The landmine attachment is hollow, rubber, and fits on the end of any of my 2" Olympic barbells. I have 4, 5, and 6 foot bars, I have never used it on the little 4' one, it is newer to me. but it works perfectly on my 5, and 6 ft bars to let me add a wide variety of movements into my weekly workouts. These are both easy to use, and remove as needed. I felt getting the pair together was the best value for the money so that's what I bought.

I use this Double D attachment for doing cable rows and lat pull downs. It is made very well, fits my hands perfectly, and should last a long time. So far so good. If anything new developes I will update.

These work wonderfully for my hands. I have severe arthritis, and they make it possible for me to do the physical therapy I need. I also have small hands, and the grooves are designed so well that my fingers naturally slip into the proper position. Very helpful and comfortable to use.

It feels kinda cheap & plastic-ey but the hand grips feel ergonomic and it does work. If you’re on the fence, I think it’s worth it.

These are awesome, feels so much more natural than the old double D handles from the gym I used to go to. I can't overstate how much better having that hand-shaped hold on it is for not only comfort but a better sense of grip.

Nicely made, durable construction. I'd prefer not to have the grip shaped as opposed to simply round.

Entirely plastic construction other than the "O" where you clip onto your cable (metal). Handles swivel and fit nicely in the hand, good molded hand fit. No flex when lifting heavy and does not add any weight to your wrists vs using a metal version. I have large hands (2XL gloves) and it fits well enough to comfortably use.

This is a solid piece to use for your back, but for some odd reason, they thought making the handles very hard and with edges and ridges is a good idea!! There are grooves for your thumb and finger, which is fine. But the handle material is made of such hard material that leaves a mark in your hands, even when wearing lifting gloves. I am returning it.

The handle has a solid construction. The grip is molded to fit the hand in a particular way and direction so it's only comfortable in one position. Also, as the grip is in plastic it doesn't move as freely when I'm making movements with it.
