SUNOFF Blackout Cordless Roller Shades Blinds,23" W x 72" H,White

I couldn't be happier with these Sunoff blackout roller shades! They do exactly what they're supposed to do—they truly block out the sunlight, making the room nice and dark while also helping keep it noticeably cooler during the hottest parts of the day. They're perfect for bedrooms, media rooms, or any space where you want better light control. We have them in our dining area. The shades are incredibly easy to use and glide smoothly up and down without sticking or jerking. One feature I really appreciated is that you can adjust both where the shade stops when it rolls up and the speed at which it retracts simply by turning the adjustment screws on the ends of the roller. It's a thoughtful feature that lets you customize them exactly how you want. Installation was straightforward and didn't take long at all. Once they were up, I was pleasantly surprised by how high-end they look. They have a clean, modern appearance that makes the room feel more polished and expensive than the price would suggest. Overall, these shades exceeded my expectations in every way. Great blackout performance, easy installation, smooth operation, adjustable settings, and a beautiful finished look. I'm very happy with this purchase and would definitely buy them again!

It works flawlessly I put it in movie theater mode which is bringing it down and putting out the glare of my shades because I have the TV only on one wall in my apartment and it shows a lot of glare from outside but now with this blind it's perfect. And I have blinds and I have curtains but the sun still comes through and it's only when I watch TV because I love the sunlight. It was insanely easy to put up all I had to do was just measure which side and make sure I had it in the middle of the windows putting on the clips on the window frame with super easy and just clipping it in once I've made sure the measurement and the placing was right and it was level it was perfect it was super easy it was like putting up the other blinds that I have there already with such easy easy way it was a little heavy but that's okay I was able to handle it I am 100 lb woman and I'm 5'1 and I was able to handle it with no problem. The material is very heavy duty it seems very strong the construction is good doesn't have any weird smells or anything like that and I'm very happy with the quality of the construction of it it was very very cool the weight is more because the fabric material of the blinds are thick and the weight also comes from the metal bracket that's in the center of it to clip it onto the wall. And also the way I did it I wanted to make it where it was inconspicuous so you don't even see it behind my curtains it's in a perfect spot that when I want to make the sunlight go away I just had a nice rope with a weight on it because I'm an ocean person and I just pull on that rope and it comes down nice and easy.

​I was a bit nervous when I saw how large the box was, but I trusted the process and found it was just packaged well to protect the roller shade. ​The shade itself is really nice and doesn't feel cheaply made at all. Keep in mind that the color is more of a charcoal grey, but it still blocks out the sun almost entirely. ​Installation was easy enough, though I struggled a bit doing it entirely on my own. I definitely recommend having a second person there to hand you tools or drill while you hold the hardware in place. Overall, the size was exactly what I needed for my window, and it has a perfect, snug, flush fit!

Description did state they were good for keeping heat out during summer and the cold winter, as far as that, so far, being August, im not TOTALLY impressed. As far as black out, they do a good job shutting out almost all the light. I hung mine from top of seal bc I have 12" jambs. Light does come through at the top and seams in around sides. Material not bad they seem pretty durable. I bought 13. Like the sturdy bar across bottom, like that I can control the speed invoice the curtain rises My hope are they help with the cold thus winter. Granted I still need curtains to full block sun and im guessing it will be same when it comes to helping with the thermal aspect this winter. Was hoping for better light block than they do as well as the thermal side of things. Thermal wise the honeycomb blinds out of the gate worked better than these. Not knocking these fully bc again their well made, but what was advertised regarding them and what they cost individual was slightly disappointed. Over $500 for 13 of them.

It looks Far better than ordinary rolling blinds! I have French doors with windows totaling about the same space as sliding glass doors. I use a valance and sheers but need a light blocking blind for the afternoon light as these all face west and I live in the hot south. These installed very very easily and look sleek because the assembly hides the ugly blind edge of regular blinds but it doesn't effect clearance. Also the bracket that holds the blinds up don't have to installed exactly at each end if you don't want to damage nice window molding edges. The whole blind clips onto the bracket but not by holding it by the edges only. Nice enclosed hard edge to the blind and not a hem with a dowel in it sliding around to break later. Smooth and quiet and if you need to tighten up the blind to adjust tension you only have to snap open the little box at the edge of the blind assembly and tighten. Not take the whole blind down and wind it. I'd had my old black out blind for many years so maybe all blinds are made this way now but it's a first for me and I'm very pleased. Although the blinds will never be seen because I have curtains over them the blind looks sleek/modern so if you have a window where the blinds will show these definitely are not an eyesore. I bought the 70" which is actually close to 2" less than my old one (oops) but since I can screw in the bracket anywhere I need it it worked perfectly because the window glass is actually 70" This blind was only ten dollars more than the ugly one I'm replacing which I bought about a decade ago. How often does That happen? If I can install them? Anyone over 5 can too :)

Absolutely LOVED IT. Easy to install. I was able to do it by myself and I loved the results. I installed it as a inside mount. It’s perfect, elegant and it blocks the sun.

Superior quality. Has adjustable tension and adjustable height. Blackout is absolute.

This review is for the opaque shade, not the light-filtering one. The window size is 46" x 46". I purchased the 51" for an outside-mount thinking the extra fabric on the sides would block out the light. It doesn't. FYI that an outside-mount changes the orientation of the shade: the roller is more in the front vs an inside-mount where the roller hangs downward, therefore, the pulldown is flush with the window. The wall brackets to which the brace snaps onto is ~1/2". Add to that the thickness of the brace and the thickness of the rolled fabric creates an almost 1.25" gap from fabric and the window frame allowing the light in on the sides. (See photos) It does block off majority of the light to darken the room comfortably which is helpful during hot afternoons; it's much cooler in the room. The rollers are smooth and it is easy to pull the shade down or retract it back up. It provides privacy. The thickness of the fabric is thick enough to not be able to see out or see in. I've read another review about the fraying. The edges of the fabric are not "finished" which could probably cause this. I will update this review after a few months of use. Installation is pretty straightforward. I was able to install this by myself. If you are installing a longer length, you might need another person to help you because it does have a good weight to it. Overall, I like this product. It is within my budget and serves it purpose. I will be buying more for the rest of our windows.

I was expecting a low grade roller shade but was happily surprised how great the quality of these are. Very easy to install with the four screws that were provided. A strong metal bar at the top keeps them well secured and they have a handle for raising or lowering. Blackout and 100% private but easy roll up daylight. I would buy these again if I ever need more! P.S. Contrary to a review I have no problem with lowering halfway. These work great!

These blinds were easy to install and they do a pretty good job at keeping the sun out. Although the edges do let light in, it's not terrible, way better than those stupid twisty blinds. I also love the pull down and pull to release features. Plus they look new and stylish!
