This actually seems to be working. I have used it every night for the last week and the patches of eczema seem to be getting better. It's nice that it doesn't have any steroids. I hope it can clear it up completely because I don;t want to have to use a steroid cream.

This brand was recommended by my son's pediatrician. It works very well to soothe his dry skin. After a few days of use, his skin is back to normal. I try to put it on his entire body at least every other night after bath and before bed and it keeps his dry skin/rashes away.
