Five stars all the way! 🍞🌟😊
I can't say enough good things about the Hamilton Beach Bread Maker Machine—it's an absolute kitchen superstar! First of all, the simplicity of this machine is a dream. Even if you're a novice baker like me, you can create delicious, freshly baked bread with minimal effort. Just add the ingredients, choose your settings, and let the machine do its magic. The results are consistently fantastic. I've made a variety of bread, from classic white to whole wheat and even some specialty recipes, and each loaf has turned out perfectly. The crust options allow for customization, so you can have it just the way you like it—soft or crispy. The built-in timer is a lifesaver. Waking up to the aroma of freshly baked bread is such a treat. It's also a huge time-saver for busy households. Cleanup is a breeze, too. The non-stick pan and paddle are easy to clean, and the machine itself is straightforward to maintain. I appreciate the versatility of this bread maker. It's not just for bread; I've used it for making dough for pizza, cinnamon rolls, and more. It's like having a mini bakery in my kitchen. The price point is very reasonable, especially considering the quality and convenience it offers. It's a true bang for your buck. Whether you're a seasoned baker or a beginner, the Hamilton Beach Bread Maker Machine is a fantastic addition to any kitchen. It makes homemade bread an effortless joy, and I highly recommend it. Five stars all the way! 🍞🌟😊

Well made, easy to use, electronic timing.
High quality construction, in stainless steel. Measure your counter space, as this has a large foot print, as I don't put this away because I use it so often. Internal bucket non-stick coating, is removable, has warming function, and dish washer safe. Comes with instruction/recipe manual (English/French. As with all bread machines, accurate measurement is critical to successful use. Recommended.

My dad sister and me all split this as a Christmas gift for my mom since she's been asking for quite a while. She made bread a few days later and loves it she's been making bread for us now and its definitely a game changer! I would recommend anyone interested in making bread to get this. It makes the bread making process easier as I've seen and heard from my mom and she loves it. For the price as well Its high quality!!

Not worth the price or your time. Choose KBS or if you can, the Zojirushi
Don’t let the higher price fool you into thinking this is a better bread maker. It’s not. Bought premium ingredients to make different bread types. For My First I was making cinnamon raisin bread. I Followed the recipe, all instructions, the proper layering of ingredients, and the cooking method that was recommended in the bread machine cookbook i bought. I scraped the sides to make sure nothing was stuck to the sides so all ingredients were incorporated and wouldn’t have any craggy bits of flour on the side crust. I Let it finish the bake and it looked gorgeous when I pulled it out and was super excited. Sliced into it and the cinnamon didn’t get mixed throughout the bread, it had spots of cinnamon that weren’t mixed. The “heel” was so overcooked and couldn’t eat it, soI had to cut an inch of the end off to get to the “good bread”. Some of the raisins cooked perfect and others dried out and became hard and I couldn’t Chew them up, and I had soaked the raisins a few minutes to plump them up some before they were added to the dough. The taste my wife said it was fine but I think she didn’t want to hurt my feelings I guess. But it wasn’t very good. The texture was weird as well. I’ve made this recipe before by hand and the only tweaking was the amounts of ingredients to fit a bread maker, so I know it’s a good recipe. After I let it cool to put away, the rest of the loaf was hard as a brick. Had no choice but to throw it away. So I made up my mind I wasn’t gonna waste the ingredients on another failed attempt so I went to clean it up to send back and the paddle wouldn’t come off. So I soaked it in dish soap and pulled as hard as I could and I’m a strong man, I used to power lift when I was younger, and it took everything I had to get it off the mixing rod. There’s no way an average person could remove it without tools and risk damaging the paddle. So I made sure it was clean and put it back in the box the way it was when I got it and sent it back for a refund. Now I need to decide which one I’m replacing it with. I’m leaning towards the KBS pro 17-1 based on better review ratings and it’s cheaper than this. I really wanted to like this because we have lots of other Hamilton Beach electronics and are perfect and that’s why I gave this a shot.

Overall good not great
I have made some really delicious breads with it and the recipe it came with for dinner rolls is delicious. There is one corner of the pan that doesn't seem to get mixed well and there is often a spot of flour or butter that stands out in the loaf - I can cut it out of course but if I were trying to gift a loaf it wouldn't look good. I liked that it was able to be put in the dishwasher, but I'm finding that sometimes I need to wash the paddle and the pole it attaches to by hand to get them clean. The coating is rubbing off the paddle and it's less than a year old, used 1-2 times a week. There is usually a ring of bread between the paddle and the pan even though I attach the paddle firmly, it's just the design. Sometimes the paddle gets very stuck to the pole (but not in the bread itself thankfully!) and I tried rubbing in just a bit of olive or vegetable oil to the inside of the paddle attachment hole and it seems to help. Some recipes don't seem to come out quite right but that may be the cookbook I'm using and not the bread machine as the included recipes in the small book seem to come out right. Overall it's easy to use and I'm getting plenty of good bread, just some minor issues, and the price was good for what I got.

Gluten Free Success
I am so happy. I haven’t had a real sandwich for what seems like years. I just finished a Turkey Sandwich that was delicious. The frozen gluten free offerings at the grocery store are not worth eating, dence, expensive and flavorless. I spent hours checking GF result reviews. I found an expensive machine that delivered a great light airy loaf with a good dome, but couldn’t afford the $400 price. Then I found this machine… amazing, fluffy and tastes like real bread. Many machines have a GF setting but produce a flat topped heavy loaf because of the timing and frequency of the rise. This loaf is perfect. My granddaughter wanted a piece (smell was heavenly). She loved it and didn’t know it was GF. I can’t wait to make another loaf.

A square bread pan would be better.
The bread pan is rectangular. If you make a wet dough, you have to scrape the bottom of the pan to incorporate the flour that remains in the corners.
