Between nursing and pumping my nipples were dry and overworked. This cream is very soothing and cleared up the dryness in a pinch. I like this product way more than lanolin due to this product being so easy to apply. With lanolin I had to distribute the product with more force I guess you could say. Rubbing and smearing which caused more irritation for me. With this product it smoothly goes on and no excessive rubbing. It is more of an oil which I enjoy.

It’s good to use during the day to stay lightly protected but in the morning and after showers I use lanolin. I wouldn’t only use this product if my skin was chapped or cracked because I don’t think it provides enough protection for my skin to heal. I’d be constantly reapplying bc as soon as baby finish nursing it’s gone completely so you can’t miss a beat. Sometimes I’d rub the oil and lanolin together to get a not so thick or so thin consistency. You have to find what works best for you😉 I do use it to moisturize my hands, face and even the baby’s hair. Whenever I’m done using it, I just rub my hands together

I loved this product for the first 2 tubes and gave it 5 stars and the review below. My second 2 tubes, however, are 2/5 stars because the balm in the tubes is thicker and has little particles in it and won’t come out of the little pump. I have to open the tube to get it out. So I’m now giving the product an overall 3/5 stars. Original review: I’m exclusively pumping to feed my baby. I’ve used a variety of products to reduce friction on my nipples during pumping, and this is the best. It’s not sticky and washes easily off flanges too.

I absolutely love this. The pump on it makes it so easy to just squeeze out the perfect amount on each nipple after nursing or before pumping. I’m so glad I ordered this one. It’s not too greasy and it’s provided relief when it’s much needed

Bonne crème en alternative au lanolin de la meme marque qui avait tendance a tacher les sous vêtements. Son application est plus pénétrante et moins grasse que le lanolin.

I am exclusively pumping and I was using the lanolin cream but I was still getting pain from the pumping and afterwards. I tried this Medela cream to see if it would help and it's made a huge difference. My nipples glide way more easily in the pump so they are not being pulled and dont hurt while pumping. This also helped get rid of post pumping pain so I'm quite happy with this. I'd get this over the lanolin cream for sure for pumping at least.
