The colours included in this guide are printed on large size paper swatches with a central aperture for evaluation, and are developed to present the best colour match when evaluated under D65 (Daylight 6500k) lighting. An index at the front of the guide allows you to look up skin tones by numerical location, and the reverse of each swatch features a convenient cutting guide to allow colours to be shared with others. Please note: over time, papers will yellow and inks will fade. To ensure you have the most accurate colour for specification and evaluation, PANTONE recommends that you replace your guides and books annually.
