Works great
I have been very skeptical over vevor products but I have also had great luck. I purchased a very inexpensive 5 hp motor from eBay imported from China and it burned up within the first five minutes of operation, I was refunding my money and then I bought this vevor brand motor. I installed it and it’s been running strong for a few days now, I was very impressed by the quality even the packaging quality. I would definitely buy another one. It is a very good deal for the price.

Great value!
Worked great! Seems like good quality! Packaged very well and arrived in perfect condition! Starts the compressor quickly and seem to turn it a little faster that my old motor. Motor is also fan cooled. Great value!

DO NOT BUY
DO NOT BUY!!! I burned the windings on one and start capacitor. Returned it. Installed the second AND same failure. Prior compressor duty motor from a US source lasted 10 years. Compressor turns freely by hand. Multi meter test shows all circuits are fine. DO NOT BUY

This motor works great. It is much quieter then the other brand i was using at a fraction of the price!!

Easy, drop in replacement for a much more expensive motor.
Motor was installed on a Quincy air compressor where the Baldor motor had failed. Easy install, and the motor fired right up at first ask. Installed outdoors under a shed roof. I hope it lasts me 5+ years. It cost me $150. The Baldor replacement was $700.

Looks good, time will tell.
Just received it today since my US Motor went south on my IR compressor. Just wanted to let you all know expect 30 minutes just to get it out of the box. It's NOT a cardboard box. It came in a wooden crate with bent tabs on all sides, plus stapled. The motor is also bolted to the box bottom. Installing now and had to change the rotation. Will report back on how long it lasts. If it's built as good as the box then you should be okay. Only time will tell, and I run my compressor a lot for my business.

Pile of garbage
Motor quit after less than 2 months after ordering it and VEVOR is giving me the run around on replacment even though it has 1 year warranty horrible customer service I would not purchase it if it’s something you will depend on working!!!! Would give zero stars if it would let me!!
