Perfect for trail work, fits in backpack
Bought to use for mountain bike trail work. When disassembled, fits into an 18L [or larger] backpack (I use Osprey Skarab 18L) for easy transportation to remote locations via mountain bike. I did replace the nylon lock nut provided with an M5 wingnut for easier assemble/disassemble, no tools required, just make sure to check the wingnut now and again to make sure it is tight (but need to do the same with the handle sections, so not much extra work). The handle sections do slowly work loose, but it's not prohibitive towards the work being done, works find if slightly loose, just twist them now and again when taking breaks/walking to the next section. Save the blade/tine vinyl covers, put them back on before putting the tool in the backpack to help prevent holes in your backpack (I actually put the tool end piece in a polyester bag before putting it in the backpack as well, keeps the dirt and such out of the backpack; also put a hand shears and a couple other things in that bag). Also, not sure how people are ripping their hands open on the couplers between handle sections, have never grabbed the handle by those. There is plenty of room for your hands on the rest of each smooth handle section. Both sides have been hit by many rocks at this point and still cuts weeds (loop)/clears rock (tines) with no problem.

Works great
Very sturdy, long handle that can get shorter. I have back problems but I don't have to bend over. I have mint all over. Rips it right out and can flip over to use as hoe. I can't think of one negative

Sturdy
This is very well made, but it was very difficult for me to use as a senior. I think if the prongs were closer together or there were additional prongs it would have been better.

Perfect Hoe
This hoe is the prefect size for me. The adjustable height makes it so much easier for me to use. As a Disabled Veteran with a major back injury the standard how is to small, causing me to constantly hunch causing pain to set in very quickly. The grip is great as I also have nerve issues in my hands. I love the functionality of how as well. Whether I am standing and using the how or sitting with the handles removed so I use it on the lowest setting it’s perfect. With its double sided feature I can easily pull up the hard to remove roots and then shake off the good soil to start my garden again.

great little hand cultivator
its a bit heavier but that's ok, the weight helps to dig into the soil a little easier. Does a great job on smaller weeds and soil cultivation. Not for heavily weeded areas though. recommend buying for your gardening collection to keep up with young weed growth in a well groomed garden

Not worth it
This broke immediately! As soon as I started using it, the head bent backward and when I tried to adjust it back it snapped off. Not worth the money

Great Tool
I really like this to take out weeds. Use it every summer for crab grass etc. Dont have to bend over so much.

Gets the Job Done!
Sturdy enough when fully telescoped out. Extends my reach well, nice the claw pulls weed to central pile where I stand. Highly recommend and will buy again.
