Out of date keg that came with the Perfect Draft Pro
Love the Perfect Draft Pro Home Beer Cooler, however the keg of Stella that came with it is 3 months out of date which I could see once poured, cloudy & flat.

Do Not Buy – Impossible to Return!
I strongly advise against buying this product! Just a few days after purchasing it, I realized it wasn’t working properly and tried to return it. However, Amazon refused to accept the return, telling me to contact the retailer. When I reached out to the retailer, they told me to contact Amazon instead. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. They sold me a defective product, yet no one is willing to take responsibility. How is this even possible? Incredibly disappointing!

Absolutely Brilliant
Honestly the best thing I've ever bought for myself. Easy to set up, the kegs are easy to install, it's easy to clean and most importantly it pulls a fantastic pint. Can't recommend these highly enough. If you have the money then buy one.

Appalling Customer Service from Perfect Draft
The Perfect Draft Pro tap unit broke after three uses and now it is impossible to get anyone to take responsibility for a repair or new unit as Perfect Draft refuse to engage and just pass you on to the maker or Amazon who then pass you back to Perfect Draft - appalling customer service

Nice machine shame about the beer
The machine works fine, but the Hells beer wasn’t to my taste, it had an odd aftertaste which coated my tongue. Like it had burnt my tastebuds. Sorry I really want to like this product. I will try another keg of another beer

Perfect Draft Pro failed after 4 months…issue resolved!
Update: My issue has been resolved..I would appreciate in the future better communication and faster response.While I understand it was a busy period of year Christmas without beer wasn’t fun. The machine broke down after 4 months with very light use.The replacement failed again after 7 months and customer service is completely unresponsive now . I believe £300 for a machine that lasted less than a year is a complete ripoff. There is no telephone number where you can speak with them so if they ghost you is not much you can do.Unacceptable!

Terrible worked for about an hour after set up Now does not power up and will not refund me Awful service do not buy at all costs. £350 for 4 pints joke!!!!!!!!!
