This product did not work for me. It did not relieve the swelling or the pain. It was worse 7 days later than when I first started taking the medicine. I had surgery in the past, so maybe it didn't work for me because my case was so severe. My doctor has scheduled another surgery for me in two weeks.

This worked quickly as advertised. It is easy and convenient to use. Company claims six month relief and possible cure. I am in my 4th month without symptoms. If needed in the future, I will purchase again.

I cannot say enough good things about this product! After suffering for 4 months with some of the worst hemmroid pain ever I finally found relief! After just 2 days I noticed an improvement, by the end of day 10 no pain at all. This works so much better then any creams or doctors prescription. I bought 2 pilex max for France. After 3 days of use,My husband started to be really unwell. He had used pilex max 1 year before, We knew that this drug is really very effective for hemorrhoids. After 5 days of use, his general condition worsened with edema, swelling, swollen prostate.... This formula is a real danger Never again I will buy here, I've put 121 dollars for something dangerous for health NEVER AGAIN

I have use this product for years. Every six months I use this & ever since my first use when the bleeding was really bad, I have not had anymore problems. I have reccommended this to several friends & they have had great results.

I recently had a flare up after many years without issue. I had been doing the hot baths, other ointments and cremes with no improvement. After two months of suffering. I decided to give this a product a try. I noticed an improvement after a few days and after a week or so everything was back to normal. I can't totally say that it was this product that made the difference or not. But after trying many other treatments this was the only thing that seemed to help.
