Every year I lose a few more articles of expensive clothing to moth damage. I finally decided to go to war. I put two of these in my fall/winter closet, and did not have any damage. I put in two more for the spring. It is overkill for the space, but I am done. I also got the balls and used them in zippable plastic storage bags and trunks. They don’t exactly smell like lavender, and they still stink, but the scent does not linger and airs out quickly.

These lavender moth cakes are terrible. They reek like regular moth balls and were broken in pieces. They’re not encased in any container. I had to take them out of my closets. I’ve had lavender cakes before, and they were nothing like these.

Quite potent. Odor permeated beyond our closet but no moths!!
