Why does it say by Activision polska ? Is this a polish version of the game ?

The version that I bought on Amazon.co.uk was an English / international version, so it should be fine for use in the UK if it is the same as mine. I am guessing that Activision Polska is the studio that produced the game, but it doesn't have any effect on playing the game, and it will work in the UK, with a UK Xbox 360 etc. Hope that helps.

Why isn’t this for xbox one ?

No need to worrie.. Saw the xbox one version of this on amazon a couple days ago new for a extra 10 to 15 pounds more. Hope this helps

Does the seasons pass work?

Yes. Enter the code in the 'redeem a code' section of your console, or at xbox.com Then you can download the season pass from the Xbox store, and then you can download the DLC packs from the in game store and / or the Xbox store.

Does anyone know how i get this to upgrade to xbox one version. i should be able too. it did come up with a message about it but won't now?

The game itself doesn't upgrade - it only works as an Xbox 360 game - but it is backwards compatible, so you can play the 360 version on the Xbox One. The season pass included works for both versions though, so you can download the DLC for the Xbox One version too if you choose to buy that version.
