Quality Product
Very durable and easy to operate. I have two and one is really old and performs like new. Good for access for those without a key who need to enter your property. Highly recommend.

Nice door key lock.
This is the same door key lock I've seen real estate agents use. It was easy to set my own combination, and it keeps the key inside secure.

Great for times I forget my house keys
This has saved me a few times I forgot to carry a door key with me when leaving the house through the garage. Upon returning realizing I don't have a garage remote nor a house key. The build seems rather durable, although from personal experience, when I moved into my house, the previous owner left his/her keysafe on the garage sidedoor doorknob. I had removed the door knob anyway to change out all the locks, but wanted to experiment with trying to break into it. It wasn't a GE AccessPoint keysafe, but was of the same push-button type. I couldn't effectively break into it by trying button codes. But what I was able to do was take a 4-lb sledge hammer and break it open. A few wallops and the casing bent so that the door could be pryed open. I'm not so much concerned with someone using the sledge hammer trick on my lock box as it's connected to a gas-pipe and would be rather tricky to avoid all the other gas lines before striking the lock box effectively. Plus, if they do get in, I have a home alarm that should wake the neighbors up, if not call the police over. Anyway, I chose the black to make it less visible from the street. Those who know it's there are those I tell or those who snoop around my house. The codes are changed very so often and easily changed. The only problem I have with it is at the angle I have it locked up at makes replacing the door and key. At the angle the key clip seems to be in a position which makes it difficult to close the door completely to lock it. Perhaps this can be attributed to operator-issue, so whatever. As far as durability, no signs of rust or weakness. The lock box has been through 2 seasons of rain here in California. So far, no issues with the lock box, so I rate it 5/5.

Very sturdy; only 582 combinations; guess any combination in 65 minutes
This lock feels sturdy. However, as commented elsewhere, the sequence of buttons pressed does not matter. So the combination '12345' is equivalent to '54321' or '23451' , etc. It takes a 5-digit combination, a 6-digit combination, or a 7-digit combination. Your best security is with a 5-digit combination because there are 252 5-digit combinations. (10 choose 5, mathematically). There are 210 possible 6-digit combinations, and 120 possible 7-digit combinations. Assuming that the attacker (who's trying to break in) doesn't know how many digits you chose, this means there are 582 possible combinations. If we assume it takes about five (5) seconds to test each one, and you take a 15-second break every minute, then an attacker could find your combination in about 65 minutes. (582 combinations * 5 seconds / 45 seconds of work per minute => 65 minutes). And that's assuming yours is the very-last combination he tries. (Finally, my Discrete Mathematics class is paying off!)

Good sturdy product
Easy to use. We have a caregiver to care for disabled husband and the house key goes in here. The paramedics, fireman, or police have the code so they do not need to break down the front door to come inside in an emergency. Good idea for elderly to have on the door .

Love this product
Love this product! Ultra-easy to install/place and access practically anywhere and the weather doesn't appear to affect the alloy at all. I tell all my single friends to buy this, in case of an emergency and a neighbor or other friend needs to check on the house. Maybe they saw something suspicious on their security camera, think they left an appliance on, or just to go check on pets.

Unreadable Labels
Although the photo appears easy enough to decipher the letters, the lettering has no contrast with the background and cannot be read. This makes it difficult for others to use who are not familiar with the numbering order or names of the buttons.

Heavy, but incredibly sturdy! Excellent product.
Put this little guy through hefty tests -- emphasis on our Montreal weather! Stayed outside during snowstorms, freezing rain, extreme cold temperatures (-30 degree Celsius and ++). No deterioration visible on the safe. Push buttons always work, and keys are always safely secure inside. I made a small pros and cons list for easier visibility. Be mindful, the pros and cons are specific to my situation, it may differ depending on what you will use the safe for and on your personal opinion! Pros: - Highly sturdy -- stands-up to harsh weather - Aesthetically pleasing (I took the full black matte one) - Fits 3 keys - Easy assembly - Easy to use Cons: - 6-digit code -- cannot reuse the same number, must be 6 different numbers - Heavy - Hard to see push buttons late at night (black on black) Hope this helps !

Less expensive than purchasing from a locksmith company
Same quality but at a lesser cost than what is offered through a locksmith. Definately exceeded my expectations

No backup if you lock it without setting PIN correctly
Confusing instructions!! Tried to follow instructions to create my PIN, but it didn’t work, device locked and can’t be opened. I threw it in the trash 10 minutes after receiving it.
