I absolutely love this coffee pot! It’s beautiful and makes pods, iced and grounds. It can also make a whole pot if we get company. Wonderful and highly recommend

I bought this to replace a 10+ year old Keurig that finally gave out, and so far this has been not just a worthy replacement, but a pretty nice upgrade as well. The build quality feels solid, and it’s much easier to clean than my old Keurig. In the Keurig, loose grounds and water would sometimes spill out into the area around the top of the k-cup holder, which could be difficult to clean. In the Ninja, that whole area where grounds used to accumulate pops out easily and can be cleaned in either the sink or the dishwasher, though I haven’t even seen any loose grounds there yet. Despite having a lot of options, this thing is also pretty easy to figure out, and has a nice little beep to let you know when your coffee’s ready. The drip stopper switch is also really satisfyingly clunky, which I know a lot of people won’t care about, but I appreciate. The coffee quality is great, provided you’re using good quality beans or k-cups. I’ve tried some single-serve coffee makers that don’t seem to ever make good coffee, regardless of what you put in them, so I’m glad this one isn’t like that. My only complaints are that it doesn’t have a low-water warning, it just stops mid-brew and beeps several times if it runs out, and it makes a high-pitched whine when it’s brewing, almost like a dog whistle. Most people I don’t think would even notice that, but I hace more sensitive hearing than most people, so it kinda bothers me, but not enough to ruin it by any means. Overall, I’d highly recommend it

This is my second Ninja Dual Brew (lost everything in a house fire last year) Once you own this machine you won't want another the coffee ground or pods is always hot and tasty . I went 3 months without it after the fire due to being displaced and for financial reasons. But when I was able to replace it I couldn't be happier! Currently working on saving to buy the Esspresso machine it's pricey and may take a while, but my experience of owning Ninja products has been nothing but POSITIVE! Bought the coffee marker in February of 2026 and yesterday it began malfunctioning. Set the timer for morning brew and when it kicked on it immediately kicked off and time went to 12:00am. Tried multiple times to get it to function without timer and the minute it switched on it immediately kicked off and screen went blank then back to 12:00. Finally after multiple attempts it started brewing. This morning tried to just manually brew a pot and it kicked off and reset immediately.

Delivery was fast and the packaging was superb. This Ninja Drip coffee maker is a must have. It makes three different size (in ounces) cups. You can even use it OG style.

I bought a Ninja coffee maker in 2018/19, and I was bummed when it stopped working (it would not brew an entire cup). I was forced to buy something else, and I figured this would be a cool option since it was a Ninja and had most of the same features as my original along with the ability to do K-Cups. I have never really been a fan of the other brand and their cups, but I like having options. Here are some pros and cons comparing my old model to this one. I already threw out the old one so I don't know the model number, but it was the one that had the metal kettle and a plastic iced-coffee pot along with a frother. Pros: - This has a pot warmer where my older one had a metal insulated pot. - This has more size options (like a 14 or18 oz travel, and a 28 or 40 oz Half-pot) - The coffee tastes great with no grounds making it into the pot (I usually make half-carafes with 3-4 scoops of grounds) Cons: - Design issues like the permanent filter (my hands get grounds on them every time I empty them in the trash can), and the water container that requires taking the entire top off to fill. - The extra size for half-carafe seems like a big gap - The new scoop design feels cheap - The glass pot feels cheap (I'm considering going back to the metal pot and turning the warmer off) Unknown: I have yet to try the k-cup feature. Overall, I like Ninja and the coffee makers they make. I am happy that my coffee tastes great and is hotter than my old machine. I feel like the value is ok, but not to the same level as the original. It was easy to set up and learn to use. I debated to give 3 or 4 stars, and I think 4 is accurate as the pros outweigh the cons (which are based on years of enjoying a different machine).

Super fast delivery and easy set up! I have only had this for a couple of days but I already love it! My Keurig died and so I was just going to replace it but found this!! I can’t say enough good things, so far anyway. I absolutely love that I can use it for kcups or for ground and make a carafe of coffee when I have guests! The fact that you can make different size pots and differs strengths for both grounds and pods is AMAZING! I love using the rich cycle for my kcups! It makes the coffee taste so much better than the Keurig did. The delay factor to make coffee ahead of this early mornings that you have to dress and go is awesome! Now my coffee is just sitting there waiting for me! Another factor for choosing this was the iced coffee feature. Although I was skeptical at first, I was delighted after making it a few times! Mind blown that this actually works! It brews slowly at a richer cycle and comes out in batches so that it doesn’t melt the ice down and water down the toffee. It really works and it tastes awesome! I also love that they have a built in “pocket” feature to keep the different adapters on the coffee pot without taking up a lot of space or being noticeable. I highly recommend this coffee maker!!!

Love this coffee maker over all other brands, especially for the water tank. So many options, great tasting coffee every time.

Estaba entre comprar una keurig o está de ninja y elegí está porque me daba por el mismo precio no sólo el uso de cápsulas sino también café de “cafetera”, sin duda la recomiendo y la volvería a comprar.

La cafetera es difícil de usar, MUY ruidosa, no sirve la función de cerrar el flujo de café para tomar la garrafa (sigue cayendo), tampoco sirve la función de los pods (la razón principal por la que la compré) solo sale agua ..no la compren !
