Love it!
I used a frittata recipe that called for a 9 x 13 pan. We are down to two, so I scaled the recipe down and used this pan. I am not crazy about white so chose the chai and am happy I did. It's a very gentle color and would pair well with other patterns. The finish is flawless and I am sure will hold up nicely. I can't add anything negative, because the pan is perfect.

Perfect baking dish.
I absolutely love the quality and ability of this tart baking dish. I could definitely see myself making a quiche or a frittata in this baking dish as well. I’m very satisfied with the dish.

Cracked When Cooled and Washed
I purchased this item in October 2025 and have used it about 12 + times. The last time I used it I let it cool for about 3 hours before washing and then when washing it cracked. There is nothing I can do about it as they only have a 30-day return policy. I would not buy this item.
