Easy to install, easy to set up the pin and secure. This is NOT a whimpy plastic case that you feel like you're going to break. This is a sturdy, strong and secure box, settng the code seems a little whimpy but it works great.

Easy to install even on brick. The keypad is not very sturdy (loose) but it’s doable. Heavy, thick well made material. Easy to type in code and follow directions

Perfect item for storing an extra key! I used this to give a friend access to my home when she housesat for me when I went out of town and it was perfect! Very easy to install and the lock feature was very secure with the ability to program a code. When I moved of course I took my lock box with me. Excellent buy!

Aside from It being a China product (screws included were very weak- i used better/sturdy sscrews) it is serving its purpose very well. An incident occurred in my subdivision where an ambulance and ops needed to enter a residence but door was locked and family member wanted to enter through windows BUT cops would NOT allow her or they would arrest her for breaking and entering. It turns out she suffered and was suffering g from a stroke. It opened my eyes to needing this device so if anything for saving my life. . My family and one neighbor has the passcode to be able to enter in times of need.👍😀

This is a good insurance policy for when you lose or forget your keys, or when you lock yourself out. We got this a a replacement for a 25 year old one that we were starting to have issues with. This new one has a rubber cover that we like, to protect it from the elements. I’m not sure how long the rubber cover itself will last though. It’s easy to install with 4 long screws, and easy to program your personal code in. A great item if you have latchkey kids coming home from school and you don’t want them carrying your house keys around and losing them. As anything, it’s very secure, but nothing is 100% secure. That said, we’ve never had a security issue with this product.

Latch doesn’t always retract enough for the keypad portion to relock every time. Ok for the money.

I like the unit. I was afraid because it felt flimsy and loose but it is quite sturdy. I like the fact the buttons aren't so tight and click solid because its harder to figure out if you have pushed the correct button (Meaning it would be harder for someone to figure out your code). Some other units I have purchased in the past if you pushed the button carefully enough you could feel a different type of click. Its easy to change the code and I like the rubber cover for outside installation to keep it protected from the elements. Overall 5 Stars.
