Simple, Clean, and Great for Sensitive Skin
I’ve been using Molly’s Suds Liquid Laundry Detergent mainly because I wanted a cleaner, more natural option, and it’s been a really solid switch. It cleans clothes well without the heavy chemical smell you get from most traditional detergents, and everything comes out feeling fresh and soft. One of the biggest positives is how gentle it is. I have fairly sensitive skin, and I haven’t had any irritation or issues since switching. It’s also great for everyday laundry like shirts, towels, and bedding, leaving everything clean without residue. The scent is very light and natural, which I actually prefer. It doesn’t overpower your clothes or clash with other smells, but still leaves a subtle fresh finish. It also seems to rinse out well, which is nice because clothes don’t feel stiff or coated afterward. A little goes a decent way too, so the bottle lasts longer than I expected. The only downside is that it doesn’t have the strong fragrance boost or “deep perfume” smell that some people expect from commercial detergents. And for heavily stained clothes, you might need a pre-treatment for best results. Overall, Molly’s Suds Liquid Laundry Detergent is a great option if you want a cleaner ingredient list, sensitive-skin-friendly formula, and a simple, effective wash without harsh chemicals or heavy scents.

Great Product! Little Goes a Long Way
5/5 stars I purchased Molly’s Suds Liquid Laundry Detergent and this has easily become one of my favorite household staples. It checks all the boxes for something I use constantly and want to feel good about using. Simple, effective, and actually worth the money. The biggest standout is how concentrated it is. You really do not need much at all per load, which means the bottle lasts far longer than expected. A small amount cleans thoroughly, and clothes come out fresh without any overpowering scent. Because it is extra concentrated, it feels like a much better value than many mainstream detergents that require a heavy pour every time. Performance wise, it does an excellent job. Clothes come out clean, soft, and without residue. It handles everyday laundry easily and still performs well on more heavily worn items. I have not noticed any leftover film, which is something I am very sensitive to with detergents. Everything feels properly rinsed and comfortable to wear. I also appreciate that Molly’s Suds focuses on simple, thoughtful ingredients. It feels like a detergent made with intention rather than one loaded with unnecessary fillers. This makes it a great option for sensitive skin and for anyone who wants a cleaner laundry routine without sacrificing effectiveness. The liquid formula is easy to measure and use, and it works well in both standard and high efficiency machines. There is no fuss, no guesswork, and no need to pre treat everything to get good results. It just works. Considering the concentration and performance, the value for money is excellent. You are paying for quality, but because it goes so far, it balances out quickly. I do not feel like I am constantly replacing it, which is a big plus. Overall, this is a 5 star detergent for me. Reliable, efficient, and thoughtfully made. Once you switch to this, it is hard to go back to anything else.

A little goes a long way!
Trying to make our life a little more crunchy each day and avoid all the harsh chemicals. The tiniest bit goes a loooooong way. Don’t put too much in because it’ll suds and you’ll need extra rinses. The citrus scent is very nice and our clothes are very clean. No, there’s not that tide/gain fresh smell but way cleaner, brighter, and overall looks better post wash.

One of the 'healthiest' laundry detergents I have researched.
It really means a lot to me to use a laundry detergent which is safe from chemicals and other things, which might raise a red flag from a caution standpoint. Considering that clothing, sheets, towels, etc. are in such close contact with our bodies for all hours of the day, I want to be as safe as possible. I had been using Myers and Seventh Generation, which are a bit more expensive than the Tide detergents ... but after doing several hours of research on different sources which test and explain ingredients, I was surprised to find out that even the 'so called green' detergents used ingredients with possible scary effects. Molly's detergent was ranked the highest from a safety standpoint compared to the others, on several different sources, so I decided to give it a try. The elephant in the room is that other, than The Laundress, it was the most expensive brand I saw. I bought the biggest jug, which gave a little savings, but it still costs 3 - 4x what the average laundry detergent costs. One thing I am really frustrated about is that the measuring system is very difficult. As this is ultra-concentrated, a little goes a long way and for really dirty laundry, the recommended amount is somewhere between the cap being 1/4 to 1/2 of the way full. The markings get totally lost in the cap's design and it is almost impossible to figure out exactly what level to pour in the cap. At this price, there should be markings which stand out on the cap because wasting any of this precious liquid can get expensive. Things I really like about this: - The scent is so fresh smelling and understated. You'll know its there ... but it isn't overwhelming..i wear expensive cologne and I am glad this scent doesn't overpower the cologne scent. The Myers Lavender detergent I used to use which had a weird sort of 'sour' note to it. It bothered me throughout the day and eventually my closet started smelling that way. While Molly's does have a sweet sort of scent, it is fresh and clean, although I would never guess 'ocean mist' was the scent ... it smells more like fabric softener. - It seems to get my clothes a little cleaner than other detergents I've tried, such as Myers or Seventh Generation. I notice my towels are less stained and my whites don't look as grimy. Of course, this won't ever compete with a detergent like Tide ... but the health benefits of not having all the chemicals outweigh the performance for me. As long as the clothes don't smell out of the washer. I feel more comfortable with Molly's detergent's high ratings when it comes to safety ... and trust me, I've done a lot of research on that. The high expense of this is worth it to me ... while not a great value, it works well and isn't loaded with chemicals. I hope they redesign the cap to make it easier to read ... but beyond that, I'll stick with this. I hope my honest review after buying and using this product were helpful to you.

Tackles kids stinky sports clothes AND baby blowouts. Safely!
I cannot say enough good about this detergent! I wanted to start using a detergent with cleaner ingredients that still smells good. Molly Suds has far exceeded my expectations! Everything is so soft, clean, smells wonderful, and I feel so good knowing it is safe for my family. It’s super concentrated and doesn’t take much, so though the price seems high, the per load cost is very reasonable. I also stopped using dryer sheets and switched to wool balls, so I know it’s 100% the detergent. My older children play competitive baseball and soccer and we have a new baby, so our laundry is no joke. The detergent gets my laundry actually clean and tackles the sports stench and the baby blowouts. Impressed is and understatement! Consider me a loyal customer!

Lovable Smell
Mild lavendar smell but it applys to clothes during a load of wash perfectly. Leaves the tub smelling good too. This detergent did not irritate anyone but my household is not known to have super senestive skin.

Clean, Effective, and Great for Sensitive Skin
We decided to try Molly’s Suds Liquid Laundry Detergent as a cleaner alternative to mainstream brands, and it’s been a great decision. One of the biggest reasons we chose it was the simple ingredient profile. It’s reassuring to use a detergent that skips the unnecessary additives, dyes, and harsh chemicals—especially for sensitive skin. Since switching, we’ve noticed no irritation at all, which is a big win in our household. Performance-wise, it absolutely holds its own. Clothes come out fresh, clean, and odor-free, even with everyday wear and active use. It rinses well and doesn’t leave behind heavy fragrance or residue. The scent is light and subtle, which we prefer over overpowering artificial smells. A little goes a long way, so the bottle lasts longer than expected. It works well in our washer and handles everything from everyday basics to tougher loads. If you’re looking for a more thoughtfully formulated laundry detergent that still delivers strong cleaning power, Molly’s Suds is an excellent choice. It's safe and easy to use.

A good swap if you’re looking for non toxic!
I’ve been using Molly’s Suds Liquid Laundry Detergent for a few months now, and overall, I’m really impressed with how it performs—especially as a natural, non-toxic option. ✅ What I Like: • Clean, Non-Toxic Ingredients: One of the biggest reasons I tried Molly’s Suds is because it’s free of synthetic fragrances, dyes, harsh chemicals, and known irritants. It’s made with safer, earth-friendly ingredients, which gives me peace of mind—especially for sensitive skin or baby clothes. • Light Scent (or Unscented Option): I tried the [insert scent, e.g., Lavender or Unscented] version. It has a light, clean smell—not overpowering like conventional detergents. The scent doesn’t linger strongly on clothes, which I actually like. • Effective Cleaning: It gets my clothes clean—no weird residue, and it handled daily dirt, sweat, and even a couple of food stains pretty well. It may not be as aggressive as commercial brands on deep stains, but for regular laundry, it’s great. • Eco-Friendly & Cruelty-Free: Love that it’s biodegradable, vegan, and not tested on animals. The bottle is recyclable too, which aligns with my low-waste lifestyle goals. ⚠️ What Could Be Better: • Price: It’s a bit more expensive than mainstream detergents. That said, a little goes a long way, and for a non-toxic product, I think it’s worth the price if it fits your budget. • Heavy-Duty Loads: For really soiled items (like greasy work clothes or heavily stained items), it might need a little boost—either pre-treating or adding a stain remover. ⸻ 🧼 Final Thoughts: If you’re trying to clean up your household products and switch to safer, more sustainable laundry solutions, Molly’s Suds Liquid Laundry Detergent is an excellent choice. It does what it promises without all the harsh ingredients. Just be mindful of the cost and pre-treat tough stains when needed. Would I buy it again? Absolutely. It’s become a staple in my natural home routine.
