Castrol Transmax ATF+4 Automatic Transmission Fluid, 1 Quart, Pack of 6

Good value from a respectable manufacturer. I bought it for the second and later third ATF change in NAG1 transmission. First was with the pan opening and cleaning, also a filter and a gasket replacement. The second attempt was just a fluid replacement. I used a pump to remove 3-4 quarts of ATF. Just a little electrical pump sold on Amazon. And I add the Castrol ATF+4. In a little while I am planning to perform this operation second time.

Ah, chrysler and your specially blended hydraulic fluids with proprietary blends of friction modifiers and additives (unicorn tears?) Like a junkie thats addicted to a certain product, our jeep will only cooperate with atf-4 from Mopar or Castrol. Its still red, still in the transmission, and still keeping the jeep mobile.

Transmission shifts smoother and better and didn’t do converter drain. Change fluid every 30K and first time using castrol. Very pleased with the results.
