Been using this a few weeks now and really like it. Unfortunately I took it on holiday and dropped it, and the glass smashed and didn't take replacements. But once I got home I changed it and could use it again. Great product for the price, and works great.

Better than previous SMOK vape as doesn’t leak anywhere near as much as my last one. As long as it continues to work how it has it’s the best vape I’ve had

Have purchased 2 in past 7 months, 1st one stopped charging (i put down to overuse) 2nd one I have just claimed on warranty via manufacturer as comes with 6 months warranty, vape kept turning off and wouldn't restart without being put on charge, currently awaiting replacement. Highly recommend & must praise Smok for prompt, professional, efficient customer services when dealing with faulty product. Have also ordered a spare one as im impressed by customer service and care.

Worked well to start with but died after 2 months use

Much cheaper than local vape shops on average 20£. Very strong build and materials quality I keep dropping it every couple of days and if only the floor is damaged. I keep using it under shower and also very resistant, batteries are always dry

Product looks nice but doesn't work effectively or at all. It overheats when charging it.

The battery cover is very difficult to close when batteries are put in, I haven't had it a day yet, and the battery cover has opened 3 by times by itself and batteries fell out. I am going to try for a few days as do love the smok mods , if the battery cover doesn't loosen up and close more smoothly I shall return it , as may just be a fault on the one I have. Update used this for a couple of weeks unfortunately I did end up returning it due to battery cover being difficult to open and close. I had to use two hands to open and close, and I had to have the vape upside-down to open and on a few occasions didn't realise I had caught the filler clip and my liquid tipped out . After all the clumsiness worked fine but battery cover let it down for me .Anne
