undefinedITEM IS AVAILABLE TO BE SHIPPED STRAIGHT AWAY! One of my favourite designs, two swirling japanese fighting fish, painted in striking blue and orange colours. The glass plate is already tinted blue glass, then covered with blue tissue paper to simulate a pond/body of water. The piece is then hand painted with two japanese fighting fish, in acrylic paint, both normal and metallic, so the fish scales and tails shine. The piece is finished with water ripples and bubbles around the two fish, and then covered with a clear glaze varnish. Piece has been signed near one of the fish. DISCLER & INFO: Each piece is totally unique, no two are ever the same. Glass is purchased from Charity shops in the UK and given a new lease of life, so every shape and design is different (and by purchasing you are helping support many charities in the UK!). Please check with me what I currently have in stock, as every piece is made to order. Glass is revamped by covering in layers of bright coloured tissue paper (Also customisable with many different colours to choose from!), then painted on using acrylic paints, which vibrant colours help to stand out against the bold tissue. The glass and design are then sealed with a high quality glaze varnish. All pieces can be dusted off, or wiped clean with a damp sponge. DO NOT SOAK ITEMS IN WATER! Though they may be sealed, prolonged exposure to water may make the tissue eventually soak off if left in water. These pieces are decorative, and are only meant for vases/candle holders, not as drinking glasses.
