Awesome Eufy security Cam E330 pro. awesome awesome modern outdoor plug in security camera. Night vision is as clear as day. Motion detection and notification is very in sync and immediate. Just a few seconds to actually open & view in app though. Also needed to purchase the separate extra video storage option prior to full set up. Connection to Eufy home base was seamless. Electrician was used but not needed. Camera is a plug in security camera. Light on camera is a different color than the normal red light recording indicator. It’s blue - which is a nice change from the norm. Wi-fi signal is excellent. Can change to data if away & needed to view motion detention prompts which is great! No false alarms. have it set for human ai detection and vehicles coming though. Zoom in view is exceptional 2k quality. Very very clear pictures of humans. Night vision is awesome as well. The video is in full color. No black and white or color changing to black and white. Once set to color it stays in color this far.

This is a GREAT camera! Sharp video day or night (I use black and white). The 24/7 recording feature is great - AI recognition with homebase is the best I've used so far. I have an outbuilding with CAT 5 running to it with a wifi acces point in the building. I can install this camera in the building, connect to the wifi and the Homebase unit recognizes this camera! I wish all their cameras worked this way!

I purchased multiple unit of the Eufy S330, the product is fine, with awesome clarity, and rich features. Although I wish the continuous recording could be customizable to certain hours I need to record continuously. The audio is a bit crappy could improve. and a backup battery and fall back LTE support would be nice in case of power outage. I want to talk about the support, I am very unhappy with the support, I can not imagine Anker was hiring a bunch of people that customer care was the last thing they care about to work as support. They do not know how to listen, lack of basic people skill outright arrogant, patronizing and condescending. For a simple issue that they sent a broken box to me that I request for an exchange, they made such simple issue to be a huge task for me, I have to spend an hour on a round trip run to post office to return, or I have to pay UPS to return a broken box they sent to me. It is ridiculous, if this continue, no matter how good their product is I am not going to shop it. Update: Actually this camera was terrible, when it worked it was fine, however it had a fundamental design flaw, the 24/7 recording will mess up the connection and bring down the base station and it happened quite often, all other cameras were being brought down as well. Eufy should recall this camera, period !

I have an expensive wired NVR POE camera system with 24 cameras around my house. At first I bought the indoor Eufy cameras to be able to watch the dog while at work. Then I replaced our Ring camera with a Eufy doorbell. Then I replaced a defective door lock with a Eufy lock. I got a $100 Amazon gift card incentive from work, so I decided to try an outdoor Eufy camera. It’s amazing. The clarity is outstanding! Options and settings, AI detection, Handoff etc. all excellent. The only downside to Eufy, is the way they allow access to a desktop browser. You have to activate it from the phone app and it’s only good for a short period of time. If there was a desktop application that could display the camera feeds full time, I’d consider these cameras over my wired POE system.

This camera is a great addition to my home security system. I already have the HomeBase 3 and two other cameras, and I wanted to add one more to cover my backyard. The installation was very easy, and the camera connected to the HomeBase 3 without any issues. The camera is very durable and weatherproof, and it has a long power cable that I can plug into an outdoor outlet. The camera has amazing video quality, with 4K resolution and color night vision. I can see everything clearly, even in the dark. The camera also has smart features, like dual motion detection, package detection, and human detection. It can recognize faces and tell me if someone is a stranger or a family member. It also has cross-camera tracking, which means it can join videos of the same person or event across multiple cameras. This makes it easier to review the footage and see what happened. The camera works with the eufy Security app, which is very user-friendly and intuitive. I can watch live video, playback recorded videos, adjust settings, and receive notifications on my phone. The camera also works with Alexa and Google Assistant, so I can use voice commands to control it. The camera stores the videos locally on the HomeBase 3, so I don’t have to pay any monthly fees or worry about privacy. I gave it 5 stars because it is the perfect camera for me. It is easy to use and works flawlessly. It is worth the money. It makes my backyard more secure and convenient. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to upgrade their home security with a 4K camera.

Another great product from Eufy!!!! I have had their products for years and I have never been disappointed. I live in Florida where we have hurricanes, nasty storms and their products are amazing! Great picture, this camera records 24/7 and has motion. You can turn off the spotlight and the IR led. Some people who left reviews are just not reading up on it. It has done great with motion, capturing, vehicles and people. I will continue to recommend Eufy to family and friends. Great value for the money and easy set up.

La cámara funciona perfectamente, graba en buena calidad y funciona con la HomeBase 3 (modelo S380) de la marca, la cual me parece es totalmente necesaria para este modelo. Realmente funciona bien PERO es necesario que al configurarla, le demos unos minutos después de conectarla y que comience a trabajar para que se actualice el firmware, sino lo actualizamos, al momento de desconectarla para ir a conectarla a su lugar donde quedará fija... es posible que no vuelva a conectar con la Base... sin embargo si damos la oportunidad de que actualice, este error parece que se corrige. El equipo funciona bastante bien solo hay que dejar que actualice y listo, no volverá a dar problemas aparentemente.

The Eufy brand of cameras is the only brand that I found to have storage of the clips on a hard drive inside the house without requiring any subscription. This requires a Homebase purchase for inside the house. I had previously purchased a solar powered Eufy battery camera from Eufy. It worked well. But I wanted this to be viewing the garage. The garage has a lot of activity and the garage faces north, so during the winter when the days are short, the battery level was dropping during the winter months as it records each activity and uses power. I replaced the solar panel Eufy camera with this wired EufyCam E330. I didn't want to drill holes in the garage, so I put the small cable under the garage door and plugged it into the garage door opener. I have had 1 winter with this camera and I love it. We have -40 degree Celcuis weather here in Alberta and it holds up well. It also offers continuous footage. However, it appears that it was no longer recording individual events and it took up a lot more space on the Eufy Homebase, so I put it back to just events. When I added a 2TB expansion hard drive to the base, it keeps the footage for over a year. Excellent purchase. Battery power is good if you have no access to wired electricity power.

I ordered this item on Amazon AU expecting it to arrive with the correct AC/DC plug for Australia it came with USA plug so I am returning it

J'aime : Qualité du rendu vidéo 4k à la hauteur de mes attentes. Programme de suivie d'une caméra à l'autre se fait sans problèmes. J'aime moins; Camera filiaire 120v. Une panne de courant rendrait la caméra inutilisable.
