Always take picture of the received item before opening.watch out if the original warranty sticker or boxes are tampered as it is an indication of the items new condition. Now i have to return tv.

I love this TV! The most impressive thing is not just the brightness and clarity but the depth to the picture. Some of the newer Ultra HD titles make you wonder if you are watching in 3D. Easy to set-up. Voice activation on the remote. So many connection options you could never utilize them all, and HDMI arc means no need to switch the sound system on separately.

I stumbled upon this TV while looking for an alternative to the Bravia 5. It never popped up in Amazon for me but did in my search for alternatives in ratings. I had decided on the Bravia 5 over a year ago while building my new home office. When I got ready to buy the price had raised about 1/3. This stuff is supposed to be going down in price! Thus my search for an alternative. The review and comparison said the picture on these is for the purist, brilliant color, resolution, brightness and all and that it actually beat the Bravia 5 and 7 in some tests. The downside is that it is not 144 hz for gaming. I don't game. I usually use Firestick but Google TV is standard on this television and it isn't bad at all. A few things like free Fox news streaming are not yet found or not available. I am not complaining at all. Be sure your source is up to the picture quality because it will show for certain when it is not. The sound is also extremely good leaving me doubtful of need for the sound bar I ordered. I think maybe my only regret may be to in not buying the 75" version for the same price as the Bravia 5-65" I intended to buy. I saved $250 on the 65" vs the 75". Old habits of frugality die hard. I am old enough that frugality is not as necessary as it once was, the price difference would not be missed. Bigger may not always be better though and my viewing distance is on the range for 65". Some also say that 65" is the sweet spot between size and resolution. since you do get some loss oof resolution at the edges and a bigger TV just has bigger edges. This seems to be a great TV for a very good price.

Ridiculously good tv. No complaints at all. Great quality for everyday usage. 65", great 4k quality after 1 year and I could not be happier with my purchase. Sony is fantastic and I cannot recommend it enough? I play Xbox series X and ps5 and although I had to buy a 4k splitter to enjoy the arc input it's just been fantastic overall.
