Each key has a 'family of chords' that sound good together and are built from the major scale of that key. As shown on the card, these main chords are often referred to using the Roman numeral system (I, IIm, IIIm, IV, V, VIm & VIIº). The IMP Guitar Card shows you the names of all of these chords in all keys - a great tool for beginner guitarists, songwriters, or as a reference for experienced players while improvising. The other side of the IMP Guitar Card is a tool to help learn the notes at every fret over the fretboard, which will help you take your playing to the next level. The Fretboard Learner shows all the notes on the fretboard but with the flats and sharps removed, this highlights the repeating patterns of notes and makes learning those patterns easier. Removing the sharps and flats also handily leaves you with the C major scale! So the Fretboard Learner can aslo help you learn the major scale in all positions over the entire neck.
