Birds love these pellets
We put out a mixture of bird food each day which includes all kinds of seeds, dried mealworms and the berry suet pellets. The suet pellets always go first and by the next day there are usually a few seeds left on the table but no suet pellets. We have tried other brands of suet pellets but the birds love these more than any of the others. and they are also very reasonably priced. While the product is good, the packaging is awful. It came in a flimsy plastic bag inside an even flimsier cardboard box. The box arrived in an almost destroyed state. The delivery driver pointed out that the plastic bag was also split. We were in two minds whether to send the package back. This is not a delivery company fault because it has happened every time we have bought this product. Really poor quality packaging where the cardboard box has always arrived in a damaged state.

Birds love them and so does my wallet, great pellets and great value for money.
Over the years i have purchased many types of suet pellets for my hangers and even the pigeons have turned their beaks up at some of them, that have fell on the ground. Finally i purchased these and have continued buying them. The garden birds love them and none are wasted. Excellent product, good packaging and delivered on time with a price that includes the postage.

Quite a quantity of moldy pellets distributed in among the box: tolerable based upon cheapness.
So you sometimes get what you pay for, and you rarely get what you don't pay for. The birds in my garden love these pellets, especially the Robins. There's also no real way of buying a bulk box cheaper than this, so they are truly great value for money. This does mean though, that some of the pellets have black mold in them, and these are distributed throughout the box. I assume its down to humidity at some point in manufacture or storage. There are not enough to ruin the product, but they are certainly there. The birds just sort out the ones the want to eat and leave the bad ones. Also its a cardboard box with a simple plastic bag liner in it, so be prepared to decant the pellets into air-tight plastic containers that the local mice/rats can't chew straight through. I will buy these again.

excellent product and service
These pellets are excellent and have minimal dust. The packaging is excellent. I had a question for them and they answered quickly and politely so have no hesitation in recommending them as a product and as a company if there ever was an issue. Just the sort of communication you want when ordering via Amazon.

Pink powder everywhere from pellets turning wet from rain, and so much included in the box!!
Used to be brilliant product, and the birds loved it. Now? All the pellets are absolutely covered in powder! And a load of powder is in box and in the bottom! I throw some on my patio as well, and couldn’t work out why all my black shiny pots were filthy, all of a sudden. It’s the pink dust from the pellets, and all the wind we have up here!!!! I even get covered In dust when I throw them on the lawn! I have stained, pink patches, that’s mixed with the powder and the pellets have just absorbed with the rain and turned them all into pink powder patches…in the patch I throw them on my patio! You can see my pots in the back ground with pink dust on. The birds don’t touch it hardly as well now, either. This product may be a good value to look at, but trust me…it’s changed and it’s no longer good to use. Normally used to go in seconds, now it just sits there for a day. Already changed my brand and given, away the 4 boxes I had left.
