Best shampoo I’ve tried in a while. Leave hair clean and soft. Also noticed no soap residue on my glass shower door.

Terrible refill packaging - bursted on arrival
The shampoo itself is good -- lathers almost a bit more than I need it to, and smells OK / unisex fragrance. But the seams on the refill sack are terrible, and I purchase refill bags for dish soap, hand soap, etc. all the time. You can see in the photo that the refill came in an additional plastic ziplock bag, presumably because Amazon facilities already know the packaging will burst. But the extra plastic bag ALSO had small hole and it was a mess to clean up. Of course, my only option to return it requires me somehow mailing this leaking sack of slippery shampoo back to Amazon.

Bag leaked but was contained
The bag was punctured and shampoo leaked out, but was captured in a larger resealable bag that it was packaged in. Product itself is great

Anti Hairloss? Seems to be
I had used other shampoos and noticed some hairloss recently. This shampoo seems to have turned that around and much less hair is showing up when I brush my hair
