Medvice Knee Ice Pack Wrap with Cold Compression for Pain Relief, Swelling

This is my constant companion for my broken ankle. Love that I don’t need to readjust because the ice pack conforms to my ankle and is held in place with the Velcro strap. The gel freezes quickly and stays cold for a couple of hours so I can have almost continuous ice if I wanted it. 10/10 recommend for injuries!!

Excellent product!!! Used this ice pack when my husband hurt his foot. Easy to use. Stays in place. Best part it comes with 2 ice packs so when you're using one the other one is in the freezer. Stays put. The velcro strap very sturdy. Highly recommend.

This works so well. The gel ice pack stays cold and is comfortable to wear. The stretchy ace type wrap adheres securely with Velcro to close and stay put. The wrap is long enough to cover the foot and ankle easily. Very well made and durable. It’s so great I keep buying them for family and friends who are injured!

Ice pack is firm when cold- a little tricky to mold it but if you put it in the freezer rolled up, with the adjustable band/sleeve around it- it will retain the shape that you put it in, so that’s no problem. Ice pack is sturdy and seems like good quality. I have not yet tried it heated, so I’m not sure how well it retains heat- I will come back to update once I try it. The Velcro “cling” on the adjustable strap is good… clings to any part of the strap for good size adjustment. It’s not too heavy - however - for what I need it for (which is both sides of my thumb), it is a little too big-and I can’t really wrap/strap it around my thumb. It would have to be more of the palm of my hand or the top of my hand. During the biggest blizzard ever… I cut my thumb open with a tinfoil box edge, and completely severed my tendon. I had surgery on it on February 28th, and I am still in a splint. After a long day, my thumb gets very swollen and needs to be iced. I am supposed to keep my splint on pretty much 24/7-so most of the time I am icing it with the splint on. I can still feel the coldness through the splint. So I’d say it holds temperature pretty good. All in all, this is a pretty decent ice pack. I would recommend it, especially if you need it to be held in place like I do. The strap/sleeve is definitely hands-down the best quality about this ice pack. This item comes with 2 ice/heat packs – and 1 adjustable Velcro strap/sleeve. The strap is attached to a “sleeve” which is where you would insert the ice/heat pack. The ice/heat pack is secured into the sleeve by Velcro. The strap part is super stretchy, which is great for adjusting to your desired amount of tightness/looseness. The ice packs alone are both the same size, about 9 to 9 1/2 inches long and 5 - 5 1/2 inches wide. The strap and pack holder together measures about 34 inches long.

Two pads and one band came in the box. I have one in the freezer and one in my medicine cabinet. The pad size is perfect and doesn’t lose heat or coldness fast. The band that comes with it was just as described. I used it to secure the pad on my elbow and on my knee as well. I would definitely recommend this product as it was a great price for the quality.

I picked this 3-piece hot and cold pack set to help with some stubborn lower back stiffness and knee soreness, and it has quickly become a staple in my recover routine. What I like: The Wrap/Strap: Having a dedicated warp is a game-changer. It keeps the ice pack securely in place so I walk around the house or sit at my desk without it sliding off. Flexibility: Even straight out of the freezer, the gel packs retain enough flexibility to contour well around joints like knees and elbows, rather than freezing into a solid, unbending brick. Microwave friendly: They head up quickly in the microwave (just be sure to do it in short increments so you don't pip them) and hold a comfortable, soothing heath for a solid 20-25 minutes. Things to note: Because they are flexible gel, they stay ice-cold for about 20 to 30 minutes. This is perfect for doctor- recommended icing, but if you need something that stays frozen for hours, you might need a heavy-duty hard pack. Overall, having three pieces means I can always have one in the freezer while using another. Highly recommended for general join pain or muscle recovery!

I got this for my back pain. I would always use a hot water bottle but found it very inconvenient to lug it around. This belt however is super comfortable and convenient and helped me a lot with easing my back pain.

Just what I needed for my sore knee. Works well and having a second pact means it’s always ready for use. Highly recommend

Worked perfectly for my shoulder injury and then later a leg injury. Stays nice and pliable when frozen, unlike many other products.

Easy to use but not very practical. Should give two straps .. so that both knees can be done at same time.Quality of strap and Velcro very poor. Gel is excellent.
