This lamp was suggested to me by my doctor as I deal with seasonal sadness and depression. I finally bought it after two years, and I wish I had purchased it sooner! You'd never think a small desk lamp would make such a difference, but I noticed a considerably larger amount of high spirits after using it every single day for weeks/months during this past winter. I replaced my normal desk lamp with this. It was an easy install to my desk and the remote controller was a nice addition. To be honest, only use one setting on the remote - the large "SUN" button in the middle and not much else, although sometimes I will use the others just to have a change. It's surprisingly bright and gives off an amazing amount of light for me to do detailed work at my desk. Because of where I have it positioned, I don't use the touch control features, but it works with ease as well. I was happy with the size, and I am considering purchasing another, larger version to have as a floor lamp to also use in the living room. Given the wide array of prices online for these sun lamps, and well, quite frankly, my skepticism as to whether or not it would make a difference, this was an excellent starting point for me to give it a try, and I'm so grateful that I did. If you notice any sadness, gloom, or just lower spirits in the wintertime or darker months, I would highly suggest this as an option. I'll be getting another very soon!

Great lamp! Gets really bright! Light brightness and tone are easily adjustable with the touch control base or remote. Flexible shaft to bend and turn the light in any direction. Had an issue with the remote. I communicated with seller and they resolved the issue. Great seller!

I was looking for something that would function both as a desk lamp and as a bright light for dark winter days as a supplemental Happy Light, and I’m quite pleased with this light. It has a number of features that make it quite functional and useful- It clamps solidly to the desk but the neck is easily positioned and flexible It’s a good size while taking up minimal desk space It’s quite bright as a work light, and has stepped filling that lets you tune it to your liking It has 3 white colors- neutral, warm, and cool The quality of the light is good. No flickering Easy to adjust to various positions I think this is a great value, I use this light regularly. 5/5 stars ⭐️

The lamp itself works great but why do you have to click the same button on the remote 20 times for it to work?

I bought this to use at my office. We do not have any windows so I only see the sun if I leave for lunch. Then on gloomy days even if I leave there is no sun. I’m very affected by lack of sunlight and this has made a complete difference! No more feeling moody or down. No more late afternoon drowsiness. Much better sleep. Such easy set up. Easy to attach to any table of desk. Well made and very sturdy. You can bend it in literally any position and it has great multi-brightness and color options. I had not realized it but our overhead lighting just isn’t bright enough and this makes it so much easier to read my papers and my computer! Highly recommend!

I was skeptic at first, but this really does help with depression. Especially on rainy or gloomy days. Highly recommend!

I purchased this light in November, and after a few months of use I’ve started to notice some issues. The brightness has decreased compared to when it was new, and it now flickers briefly when first turned on. Just something to be aware of based on my experience.
