This is a kit that includes on cartridge, one mixing nozzle one reusable mixing sheet, and one small hand plunger for light-duty dispensing. Plexus MA310 is a two-part methacrylate (MMA) adhesive Kit with included small hand plunger, reusable mixing sheet, and mixing nozzle. Perfect for single-use or occasional / light-duty dispensing needs. It is designed for structural bonding of thermoplastic, metal, and composite assemblies. Plexus MA310 replaces an older popular Devcon formula Plastic Welder 2 (14340). It is the same formula inside, but is now branded under the ITW Plexus name. Combined at a 1:1 ratio, MA310 is a medium-curing adhesive system. MA310 offers a combination of high strength and stiffness as well as the ability to bond a wide range of materials. Plexus MA310 is supplied in ready-to-use 50-ml and 400-ml cartridges, 5-gallon (20-liter) pails, or 50-gallon (200-liter) drums to be dispensed as a non-sagging gel. No Surface Preparation High Strength High Modulus 100% Reactive Excellent Tolerance to Off-Ratio Mixing Non-Sagging Material characteristics: Room Temperature Cure Working Time 15 – 18 minutes Fixture Time 45 – 55 minutes Operating Temperature -67°F – 250°F (-55°C – 121°C) Gap Filling 0.03 in. – 0.125 in. (0.75 mm – 3.2 mm) Please Note: These cartridges are designed to work best with a 50ml cartridge Dispenser. We strongly advise you use a 50ml Dispenser for this, and all 50ml cartridges. However, if you do not have or want this type of , then this package may be right for you. It includes a manual hand plunger that can be used to dispense the epoxy, and two extrusion options 1) a mixing nozzle and 2) a reusable mixing sheet. The two parts may prove a little hard to push out, if so then simply take the mixing nozzle off and extrude the two parts onto the mixing sheet and manually mix with a stick or the mixing nozzle manually.
