RollerCoaster Tycoon Adventures Deluxe - Nintendo Switch

We bought this on Black Friday it was a great price we love roller coaster tycoon so we believe that this is going to be a fun game easy for kids to play totally worth the value

I like the game it's pretty cool, you can make your own theme park.

Such a fun game.

My son is obsessed with roller coasters. He says he wants to design and maintain roller coasters when he's grown up. He started out last year playing a download of old school Roller Coaster Tycoon (the PC game from the 90s) and when he heard about this new game, it was at the top of his Christmas list. He likes it although he is struggling to get accustomed to playing this type of game on a handheld system rather than the ease of point & click.

Sometimes I even created some wild rides that had my virtual guests screaming—just how you want it! Plus, there’s this fun element of managing the park, like making sure guests are happy and that there are enough food stands. It’s a good mix of creativity and strategy. One thing I appreciated is that there are different modes to play. The campaign offers some challenges that keep things interesting, while the sandbox mode lets you go wild with no restrictions. This balance means I can enjoy a quick session or dive deep into long playtimes, depending on my mood. However, I did feel that some tasks became a bit repetitive after a while, especially when focusing on the park management side. It’s not a dealbreaker for me, but it’s worth noting. Overall, RollerCoaster Tycoon Adventures Deluxe is a great game for fans of simulation and park management. It’s light-hearted and has a fun vibe, making it a good pick for both new players and those familiar with the series. I got sucked into this game so fast. My millennial heart couldn’t stand letting my kids use it first. I’ve hidden it so they don’t ask for it and wreck my parks 🤣 I still remember playing the one from my cereal box all those years ago. Love that it has a creative mode so I don’t have to worry about money just yet. Get it!
