These insoles accomplished everything I wanted. They worked great for me.
I'll give you my background and what I wanted from these insoles before I get into the product. I'm 6'2" and 205 lbs. My normal shoe size is 11D for athletic shoes, dress shoes, and hiking boots. But I wanted these insoles for 5 pair of cowboy boots I own. In the case of cowboy boots, the common wisdom is to buy a 1/2 size down from your regular size to make sure you have a sung fit between the vamp of the boot and your instep. So all my boots are 10.5D. I have 2 pair of Justins that I wear most often. The way leather soled boots are constructed are pretty much "old school". There's a hard leather outsole and a thin leather insole usually covered by some form of synthetic leather or cloth. The heels are hard stacked leather with a rubber cap. There is almost zero arch support. So boots are not built for a cushy experience and a 10 mile hike, LOL. On top of that, one of the pair of Justins was starting to wear in the heels and the thin fabric heel cover on the insole was coming unglued and bunching up. I removed the 2 pieces and immediately thought about replacing / upgrading with a 3rd party insole. But boots are built to fit snug in the instep and the forefoot on a round toe (pointed toe) boot is nothing like the typical insole shape for a running shoe. So 3/4 length insoles seemed like they may be the best choice. I found these and ordered 2 pair, one for each pair of Justins. So how did they work in a cowboy boot? Great! > I bought the large size based on the size chart and they fit snugly with zero cutting. > the 3/4 length allowed them to be inserted right out of the packaged without worrying about the tight forefoot or toe of the boot. There was no change in fit. > I used the 0.6" black polymer piece and a single clear PU 0.2" piece for a total thickness of 0.8" at the heel. > The 0.8" thickness provides a nice cushion that was never there before. Very comfortable. > The volume the insole takes up actually really fills the volume perfectly making the instep fit a little more snug and the forefoot area fill in a little more resulting in a better looking fit overall. > Two of the clear PU layers was too much. It pushed the fit past snug to uncomfortable. Not a problem for me. > The overall 0.8" increase in height is noticeable but I'm sure I'll get used to it quickly. The boots have a 1.75" heel. With the insoles, that increases to a 2.5" boost in height when I wear the boots. And with the boots the insole thickness is completely unnoticeable. So these did everything I wanted. Replace the protection for the interior of the boot. Add a little comfort. Easy install with no cutting or shaping. Improved the fit at the vamp that is key with a cowboy boot. And improve the forefoot fit for a smoother look with less wrinkles in the leather. And bonus, a little height boost for my ego. I'll probably go ahead and order 3 more pair for my other 3 pair of cowboy boots. These are a little pricey but I really can't complain. They work.

Forget the others-this is THE ONE!!!
I have bought so many different kinds of inserts in the last decade but this is the ONLY ONE that stands up to the task (pun intended) it is the perfect combination of stability support and comfortability! The perfect length of it meant you don't feel a transition in the middle or ball of your foot. As a nurse on her feet 10 hrs a day and as a cashier, I can tell you-this is totally worth it! Helps with arch support and pronation. Bought several pairs and wish I had never bothered with anything else!

Seemed fine
I was wearing a foot boot due to an injury. And rather than cause more damage to my hip & back this was recommended to assist in legs being the same length. The problem was it made me taller & I fell out of my shoes . I was post stroke 13 months & still a bit fragile. So my daughter wouldn’t allow me to try & adjust so I could use them. I can’t say anything bad or good since I never wore them.

Uncomfortable but worked
Pretty simple to figure out how to increase the size with the extra inserts. Wore them to a several day event where I was on my feet for over 14 hours each day. The height increase is very nice but the more height you add the more comfort you lose. I got cramps in the middle of my feet. The end of the insert does not reach all the way to the end of your toes, meaning you will be able to feel it drag along your toes as you walk. That was not comfortable. These are more about increasing height than comfort. If that is what you are looking for, go for it.

Makes Riding Possible
I have bought these multiple times. I'm an Asian woman and my feet don't reach the ground when I'm on my motorcycle. These lifts make it possible for my feet to touch the ground. The adhesive between the bottom layer and my boot wore out on one my riding boots but nothing some industrial adhesive can't fix. Otherwise, the adhesive between the layers of the product itself are strong. Absolutely love these for making my life safer.

Save your money
Knowing what I know now I wouldn't have paid over three bucks for them and there was honestly less than a 5% chance of other being used! Very little boost in hight, super small and move around shoes, and nothing remotely close to resembling professional quality! Sorry, but true!

Love it!
This is as described in the ad. I have worn it about 6 months and the foam is just now getting too squished and needs replaced. Others wore out in 3 wears, so I would say that the quality is high in these. They are comfortable and easily moved between shoes, but also stay in place when worn. Excellent value for the money!

Great if your hip replacement leaves you a little uneven.
This worked out well to adjust from my hip replacement surgery. I needed it in my sneaker until my other hip had surgery. The adjustments are helpful.

Comfortable and effective
These are incredibly comfortable and fit into my motorcycle boots very nicely. As they do not run all the way to the toes they did not affect the fit of my boots, in fact they feel more comfortable while raising my heels by almost 1 inch.

Es bueno por si precio
Funciona bien, solo que si eres muy pesado de más de 80kg rápido notarás desgaste en el producto
