Took a long time to arrive

This is the second time I ordered the bags. The first time the order took a while to arrive, as it comes from Hong Kong. But this time it took 8 weeks. It arrived in a plastic bag from the UK saying it had been opened or damaged and was repackaged. I have not counted the bags but they look okay. Certainly would not want to order them again if I need them right away. I will report more if I find there are any problems once I begin using the bags. The first order was fine, no problems with quality.
