I have owned this tankless hot water heater for a year and half so far. It has worked great, very little maintenance. I live in an area with very hard water, so flush the unit with distilled white vinegar twice a year to keep it working like new. I can take a shower, do laundry and use my dishwasher at the same time and never run out of hot water. It has saved me a great deal of money versus my old electric hot water heater. This is a natural gas unit and uses so little gas, it has only raised my gas billed about $2 or $3 per month, when not in use, it is so much more economical than previous electric hot water heater. I can't say enough good things about it, love it.

Very satisfied with this water heater. Easy install as a replacement for previous tankless W.H. Had to purchase all new venting which was pricey but high quality.

So far so good works well and water stays hot. Got it installed for 500 so happy with that

It's quieter and flows water faster than the Rinnai brand water heater it replaced. The Rinnai exhaust is compatible with this unit. No issues or concerns... yet.
