I purchased a bag of this one wasn’t stale maybe people shouldn’t buy in quantity boxes unless you’re going to use them for a lot of people at one time letting them sit in box eventually will go stale & depending on on were you store your food

A very underwhelming granola cereal
This product is significantly overpriced for what it is. It's selling for the price of some organic granola, but note that it is not organic. The product name is “Honey and Almonds,” but there is less honey then sugar. As for the almonds, I honestly couldn't discern any in the bowl–and you can see that in the picture I've attached. Only as I studied the cover of the package, did I notice in the bottom left in small print the disclaimer “fruits shown as serving suggestion. Enlarged image.” I think they may mean to include almonds in that disclaimer, because no almonds in the bag we're obvious. The ingredients list has almonds as second to last as “sliced almonds,” just after powdered cinnamon. I don't think that they were sliced in the conventional sense and seemed more likely finely chopped or crushed -though I couldn't tell at all. Although not organic, there are many marketing blurbs on both sides of the package: “farm to table”;”premium quality made in the USA”; “100% whole grain”; “non-GMO”; “Clean Oats”; and “Our greens are never stained by soil.” Most of these things are unremarkable or essentially meaningless -since oats, for example, would not have gluten. And I have no idea what it means that grains are not “stained” by soil. I'm not even sure that soil can actually stain grain. My local supermarket, Fairways, sells organic granola for a couple of dollars a pound. Given that you're probably going to mix in the fruits and nuts you want to make it taste good, this is a much better way, and more cost-effective, to make your granola cereal.
