Item arrived on time and condition was as expected - like new. A little bit of dust and dirt but just a good scrub and was as good as new

I've had my Ninja blender for years, and just recently, my pitcher showed a few cracks, so I ordered a new one. It arrived promptly, and I'm enjoying my protein shakes again!

I needed a replacement pitcher because mine was dropped and cracked; it was a hard fall to be fair. I ordered this one even though I could have bought a brand new one (everything included) at COSTCO for $65, but I didn't need everything. Great buy, love the pitcher, the price is too high.

The center impeller has frozen solid. I bought February. 4 months or so of use Update: if your impeller froze also, here i a quick fix, if you’d like to avoid buying a new one. The reason: the washer at the bottom of the impeller is not stainless steel of nylon, as it should be. I wish i still had the washer. First, take a long pair of plyers, grab the top of the black ferriled part that drives the blades, it’s reverse thread, loosen it turning clockwise.\Unscrew as far as you can. Take a chisel, or similar, long enough to get up to or over the carafe and give it a whack. That should free the mesh gear that connects the motor to the drive spindal. They culprit is a rusted washer that seized. The fix, take a peice of food grade plastic, i used a yogurt lid, fashoin a small washer, i used a small peice of 2 sided tape also, to seal it. Screw the impeller back on, insert back into carafe, on the bottow of the drive gear, find a nylon or stainless steel washer or two, i used 2 yogurt lid wahers, and srew the nut back in. It’s sealed and works
