Which size should I choose?

Three sizes available: S fits 2-4.5lbs, M fits 5-9lbs, L fits 10-14lbs. Measure your dog's back length first. If between sizes, go larger — extra room beats cramped space, and the safety tether keeps them secure regardless.

Is the backpack well-ventilated? Will my dog get too hot inside?

Yes! The WOYYHO carrier improved ventilated mesh on multiple sides ensures steady airflow to keep your dog cool. Just avoid extended use under direct summer heat for optimal comfort.

How do I keep my dog secure inside the backpack? Is there a leash or tether inside?

Absolutely. An internal adjustable safety tether clips onto your dog's harness or collar, stopping them from escaping. Always attach it before heading outdoors.

Can this backpack be worn on the front as well as the back?

Yes! The WOYYHO dog carrier is a dual-carry design. Backpack mode works for longer treks; front-carry keeps your dog close and reassured when anxious or tired.

Is the backpack easy to clean? Is it machine washable?

WOYYHO pet carrier is easy to maintain. Spot-clean inner lining with a damp cloth; hand wash gently with mild detergent for deep cleaning, then fully air-dry before reuse. Avoid machine wash & tumble dry—these damage mesh, frame and safety buckles.
