Pre-Workout Complex Powder (60 Servings, Blue Raspberry) - Pre-Workout Supplement with Beta-Alanine, Taurine & Amino Acids

Because this is my first pre workout, I went with this because it offered a pretty “mild” blend of ingredients compared to others. Given the cost I’d say this is perfectly fine from a value perspective. This blend worked quite well for me and I had an immediate boost in strength and stamina with my first use. Blue raspberry tasted super good, though with the recommended 6-10oz of water it was a bit too strong for my taste. I used a full 16oz water bottle and for me that was perfect. Didn’t get any sort of stomach issues, jitters, or crash of any sort. Very mild tingles from the beta alanine but nothing too crazy since this is a lower dose than many other pre workouts. Overall for a first pre workout I’d say this is perfect.

Amazing Product! I have tried nearly every prework out & by far this is the best one. Best taste best kick best price. You will definitely be buzzing and super energetic. This doesnt have that awful crash whatsoever

The flavor is tasty (blue raspberry), and I've had good workouts so far. Two things I'd like to see added to this product are creatine and some sort of natural emulsifier/anti-foaming agent; maybe a fatty acid. This pre-workout foams up so bad when used in a shaker bottle. It made me burp a lot which isn't a great feeling when trying to work out. And I just like pre-workout with creatine such as Ryse Godzilla or N.O. Xplode. That said, I really enjoy Nutricost supplements and their cost effectiveness, this product is no different.

Last time I used pre-workout was in 2016, and at that time I used C4 and never liked it, hence why I stopped pre-workout drinks in general, but I decided to get back to it and give this one a try. The difference I feel is insane, my muscle recovery between sets its insanely noticeable, the powder is very easy to mix and taste great, not after taste, not too sweet, just perfect. I feel more focused. I don't feel energy withdraw at all after done with working out. I'll def gonna buy it again.

Nutricost is my new go to supplement brand. Clean, non-GMO ingredients. This pre-workout gave me a nice boost in energy without the crash or jitters I am used to with a pre-workout supplement. Taste good too in my protein shake. Do i like this company?, well, I just ordered more of their products (whey protein isolate and multi vitamins). If you're looing for a mild, sustained energy boost to get through a workout, a sports game, overnight test cramming, overtime at work, etc... this might be for you. If you need a more intense, heart racing, can't sit still pre-workout supplement look elsewhere. I play long hours, nearly everyday, of pickleball and need the energy, I'm not as young as I once was. In the past I've tried 'em all some good/most bad, but this one works best for me at this stage in my life for what I use it for.. And again, i appreciate the cost value, and the clean ingredients, well, cleaner than most...

I’ve tried a lot of pre-workouts over the years, and this one really stands out. The blue raspberry flavor is delicious — not overly sweet or artificial-tasting like some others. I also love that it’s clearly labeled and not a proprietary blend, so you know exactly what you’re getting in each scoop. The fact that it comes with 60 servings is a huge plus —l much better value compared to most pre-workouts that give you 20-30. It mixes easily, gives me clean energy and helps me power through my workouts. Definitely my new go-to pre-workout!
