can the battery be user replaced?

Short Answer: no. Its a rechargeable lithium ion battery, with limited access to the inside of the mouse. it would be very difficult to properly disassemble the unit and change the battery then reassemble everything.

Can this connect via bluetooth?

Yes it can. I have mine connected via Bluetooth to both a MacBook Pro and a Dell XPS 13. I used the USB dongle for my non-bluetooth Windows 7 machine. Every thing seems to work perfectly!

What is the max DPI setting for this mouse ?
