Superb LED, very excited to use it and make it a beautiful addition to my room illumination

Looks great!! Bought this for room aesthetics and yeah—it delivers on that. The glow looks clean and smooth, not those cheap LED dots. In the dark, it actually looks pretty premium. But don’t get it twisted—this is NOT a light source. It won’t brighten your room, it’s just for vibe. Flexibility is good. If you’re planning tight curves or fancy designs, you’ll struggle a bit. It works best for simple shapes or straight lines. Build quality is good. Also, the mounting setup isn’t great—you might need extra clips or adjustments to get it right. Biggest thing: plan where your power source is. The cable placement can mess up your setup if you don’t think it through. Bottom line: If you want a cool neon aesthetic for cheap, go for it.

Worked and did not work at the same time. The product was clearly used and dirty, The double sided adhesive tape it came with was bad and had hair all over it. The packaging had minimal ware and tear but that is to be expected, but the moment the package was even slightly opened 3-4 of loose screw just fell, I literally had to find a magnet in order to retrieve some screws from under a shelf The product smelled weird, literally an electronic light product “smelled” weird. The whole product had some sort of sticky gunk over it and in a few places it even seemed moist (i don't know if it was water or something else & I did not dare to further examine it). As for the light itself, despite of my friend advising me not to do so, I did plug it in, it blinked a few times with some RGB colors just on one end a little dimly for a short period of time but that scared us as it was blinking intermittently and very fast as if it were about to explode (it did not explode, I am sure it would not have burst into flames even if we continued, hopefully! But we did not want to find it out). Since product barely worked I could not try the various connectivity features. I tried to see if the product can be replaced to check if this was a one-off thing or a larger issue but there was only return option. I am sure there is some wiring fault for which it would have originally been returned. My only qualm after placing return request is that during the initial shipping process if you are reshipping a used product at-least do some quality check or mention beforehand that its used product. Now my time is waster and sellers time is wasted too. For my return process I tried cleaning out the gunk so that no one handling the product has to touch the gunk but there is just too much hair and sticky substance, how can there be zero QC on sellers part?

Light is awesome but app not working. Mainly bluetooth couldn't connect. I already replaced one time replaced item also same bluetooth couldn't connect so i finally returned this product. Overall light is good.

Best one at this price range

The quality of the product is good, features are also trendy and easy to use. Music sync works well with given remote and with mobile app as well. The main drawback of this product is not fixable. Only 6 clips are given for 5Mtrs cable. It should be 6 clips for 1Mtr and 30 clips for 5 Mtrs. These clips are not easily available in local market or even online. Also, It's not easily fixable with 3M double sided tape. Finally, I used cable ties to fix it with my study/workstation after a lot of struggle.
