I Tested. This Is The Best of All Others Sold On Amazon.
I tested this with the CORNET and compared it to others - this is the most protective. Not hot on my head even under the Florida panhandle sun at a remote beach; but warm in our winters. I have several of this exact slouch, 1 for bed, 1 for going into the yard, 1 for the beach sewn into my Furtalk sun bonnet (Amazon). I bought this one and 3 other brand's similar caps. I tested. This was the most protective BY FAR. I avoid all RF use on my property, avoid public exposure, and have to wear this to go outdoors to the woods/ocean. My engineering career RF exposure medically disabled me (from within the office when we tested the Ericsson 6701 5G Street Macro). Traveling to the woods/ocean I have to wear 2 on my head. You'll see why if you test when driving even within a few blocks of cells/radios on a water tower.

Improved sleep by day three, comfy too
Life long insomniac here. I’m 61, female. I have had this cap for three days and already won’t sleep without it. Progressively better sleep each night - and I’ve changed one thing - adding this cap. In addition to improved sleep - I love its light weight, roominess and length. I don’t even know I’m wearing it because it’s neither heavy or tight. I have a larger head too. I pull it down over my eyes and good night. Thank you to this company. Price point is reasonable too compared to other companies with same product.

I would give it a full 5 stars but it arrived with an inch long area on the out side seam that had not been sewn. Other then that it’s awesome.

Really helps!
I am shocked that this actually works! I get so overstimulated at work with the lights and the computer, etc. I leave everyday feeling like I'm going to explode. Then I got this hat on a whim and it's absolutely incredible what the difference is! I no longer feel crazy at the end of my work day.

Does NOT block WiFi RF signals, don’t waste your money.
Total garbage. Dropped it over my Wi-Fi router and it didn’t even dampen the signal strength. Wrapped my phone in it and all texts and emails came through just like the Beanie RF material wasn’t even there.
