Perfect for bread making
Great for sourdough bread making. Easy to clean, durable lightweight and perfect size

Makes the process more efficient
Very handy. Works great! The only issue is that the lid is a separate item & comes up to a month later when ordered @ same time! Short sighted & inefficient. When I finally got the lid all was perfect. I do sourdough & this can be used for all the steps except baking.

I use this container to raise yeast and sourdough, dough. It works okay.

Perfect For Use
Use it to catch the freshly ground flour that I make for baking breads by grinding them with the flour mill attachment for my Ankarsrum Mixer.I just added extra markers on the outside for 1/4, 1/2, and 3/4 cups. Also use it for proofing dough after I'm done mixing it.

No lid
It’s great but did not come with a lid. I assumed it did.

A must for a sourdough starter. Easy to use and clean up after. It's quite durable too, I make and bake breads practically every day and this has lasted me now over a year.

Great product. Feels solid and sturdy. Used it for draining hst drives on a zero turn mower. I could measure what came out.

One of the pictures looked like a lid, but it is a shot of the inside of the container. I was happy to get them, I’m sure they’ll work perfectly but I was disappointed to find there were no lids. I was going to buy some but they’re twice the price of the containers. So I checked my Tupperware stash and found 2 - 9 inch lids that fit them perfectly! So I’m happy.
