Today will mark my first real workout in nearly 6 years so I consider myself a beginner. I received my packet with all the supplies but what I was disappointed to not find a packing list identifying all the parts. It helps to know that you got all your stuff and it also aids in putting things together. I think the instructions could have been a little better but It wasn't hard figuring things out and putting it together. I am excited to use this equipment to get back into the swing of things

Warning before you buy. As a fitness enthusiast and gym addict I was able to get my behind plump and bigger looking. Now a mom with no time for gym or space for a weight squat rack this caught my interest. This is convenient. Fits anywhere. Everything works but the squats fail to do anything impactful. I'm a tall mom 5'8 and the point of squats is to feel the weight, pressure as your going up from "bent knee postion" to work your gluteus (behind) sadly you don't feel pressure till your almost at standing position. I can only imagine shorter girls than me won't feel a thing and squats is an important part to get a nice big plump behind. Maybe they can sell these resistance band shorter then It would be perfect. Hopefully.

I love it. Purchased the upgraded version of the pink bar. Had no issues getting it set up and I love that it came with exercises for each part of the body on the insert. Directions sucked but this is my second bar in 3 years (misplaced the first bar). I got this one for the door anchor so I can take with me and lose out on fitness. And for the record I’m 5’5.6 and had zero issues with the bar being too short for me. And the bands seem to be pretty sturdy as well. Can easily see this product lasting a couple years or longer if you aren’t rough on the equipment.

Love this pilates bar! Reasonably priced and useful for a variety of exercises that you can find on the instructions sheet that comes with it. Plenty of exercises can also be found online. I love that I can increase or decrease the weight. I bought the 40 and 50 lb version, and I am still learning different ways to use this bar and that is the fun part! Looking forward to learning and using different exercises for different muscle groups. Great for if you work from home. A lot of the exercises imitate some that are done at the gym, so I feel like I am getting a hard enough work-out; but not over - kill, which is perfect for reaching my at home fitness goals! I do the exercises alone or while following along with individuals online. At first, it takes a bit of effort to find all the exercises that you want to learn and do, and re-arranging the parts to accommodate each exercise takes a bit of learning, but the instructions and online tutorials make it easy and less of a headache. Overall --- ia fun and useful exercise choice!

I love this palates bar. It's light, able to travel easy with. IT'S EASY. That's what I like the most. It comes with instructions but I also watched a couple YouTube videos for variety. My routine is to ride an exercise bike then move to the bar. I love it most using it on the floor. IT WORKS. I've never looked better.
