When there’s only one on the market.
It works fine! But! The price is a lot!! I guess because it was the only one I seen on Amazon. The price I paid ( $40 ) could have gotten me a helmet, ear muff, and a half shield all on one helmet for the same price, but! Unfortunately I already had the helmet and the ear muff. So! They had me by the you know what!

Best flash face shield
Fit like a charm to my full brim hard hat. Heavy duty construction. doesn't fog even when in a full arc flash. Very clear and easy to take care of would buy again.

The face shield is too heavy for what it is, and because the adjustment parts are plastic, they lose the ability to hold it self up above the helmet when not using the face shield. I'd used it twice, and the second time using it, the face shield would come down when I didn't want it to and was too front heavy to be comfortable for long periods. I now use a work provided helmet face shield bracket that is all metal, and a mesh face shield that is far and above more comfortable to use and doesn't have the problems of getting too dirty to see out of, while still protecting my face from flying debris. The down side to using a different face shield is that using the head lamp or any other attachment is now questionable. Maybe using the mesh face shield instead of the clear plastic is better weight wise, but I couldn't get one shipped from Amazon quickly enough to make me try it vs the plastic one.
