I just purchased this product and it says 8 grams of carbs. But I cant see how this was factored in. All three of these sweeteners are sugar alcohols?

Even sugar alcohols can have carbs.  Sugar alcohols are still a form of carbohydrates.

I'm very angry about the Manufacturer's rude, evasive answer to your question! You were not asking about calories! You need to know the net carbs! I'm angry that the manufacturer does not have enough consideration and respect for their customers to include the net carb math on their package, like almost all keto friendly low carb foods do! I will call Customer Support about this tomorrow!

If you're counting net carbs, you can always subtract the fiber grams and sugar alcohols grams, including this product's erythritol and allulose grams from the total carbs. So this product has 0g net carbs. Why is the manufacturer afraid to plainly say that?!?!?

Carb Manager app lists Splenda Magic Baker as 0g net carbs.

Yes, there are myths being promoted on social media about sugar alcohols that are patently false, which has made some people afraid to subtract sugar alcohols grams because they don't understand the science and they misinterpret the results when they test their ketones and blood sugar, which are always naturally fluctuating even when you're in ketosis. And after you've been on Keto long enough to become fat adapted, your ketones will test much lower or disappear, even though you're still in ketosis as much as ever, because the body uses them up very quickly.

Regular Splenda is ok to use in canning, how is this baking formula for water bath or pressure canning?
