This rating takes into account price and quality. In many ways it's not a good as my older Huawei that was damaged but it's not much worse either. It works great, looks great and the price is really good for what you get. There's a little bloat in apps, batterlife could be better as it does need charging pretty bad at the end of the day and I wish my version had wireless charging but when purchasing I hadn't realized how much I had grown to like it. Not a deal breaker for me but it's the one issue I feel strongly about. The speakers being both at the top and bottom make it sound great and I oddly love the calculator app that's built in. Great scientific calculator and some built in conversation for currency, temperature and other measurements, useful for me at least. Everything runs smoothly and the screen quality is really good. Overall if you're considering it go for it.

Using the phone right now to write this review. It functions very well, and battery life is decent. I use this as a secondary phone. I like tech that I've never used before and this was a good choice to start. It's good as a gaming phone as well if you want to film your gaming. It is fast and reliable.

Offers quality at the level of top end brand names for a fraction of the price. Screen quality is good as well as camera quality. Bought for family member outside of the U.S and they haven’t had any issues. Thinking of getting another as a second phone.

Solid phone. Face detection needs plenty of light! So, it's not great. Other than this, this Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G is a solid, reliable phone. The cameras are pretty good.

I was previously using the Redmi note 10 pro and made the switch to the 13 pro (which has an even lower price point at the time of purchase). Here are my thoughts after using it for the past few months: Pros of the 13 pro: - Very efficient battery (I can go 2 days without charging if I use it moderately) - Good camera, esp for a budget phone (although I'm not sure if I can turn off the auto-focus / auto-blur function). The top camera (for close-range shots) is super clear, but the bottom one (for zoomed out shots) is on the fuzzier side, unfortunately. - High storage: having 256 GB really set aside my worries with going overboard on my photo gallery. - Great aesthetics: whoever designed it did a wonderful job cause it's probably the prettiest phone I've owned to date. Cons: - Doesn't show any call indicators, so I can't just "tap into" my ongoing call. Instead, I have to go into my phone app in order to view the call or visit the App Vault, which can be annoying. - Xiaomi transfer between phones didn't work the best; I'll probably have to get a usb-c to -c cable to connect my two phones to successfully transfer all the loose ends. Overall, I think this is a really great phone with neat features, and has made me excited for future iterations of the Redmi Note series.

I absolutely love this phone and my last phone was a Google pixel. The only downside is it doesn't take very good pictures of moving objects. But the camera is amazing. Battery life is great! And the customization that's available with this phone is unlike any other phone I've ever owned. Definitely highly recommend to everybody, I just love this phone!! One of my big concerns was reception coverage, but so far after a month of using it I have absolutely no complaints or lack of coverage!

This is my second Xiaomi phone. The first one lasted 4 years and could have lived longer but I dropped it and shattered the case. It still works just started restarting randomly. The new phone arrived overnight, moving my apps and settings was not too difficult. I put my old Mint SIM into the new phone and it was up and running. I am getting 5G pretty much everywhere around LA. Everything works as expected, great screen, face recognition, fingerprint, google pay. Really impressive for a phone under $300. For me, it is important to have 2 physical sims for I travel a lot and need to switch the second SIM often. Such a pity ATT does not white list Xiaomi phone.

I recently purchased this phone as a replacement for my Motorola 5g Stylus (2021). I'm not one to buy "flagship" phones and have generally been happy with Motorola phones, but wanted to branch out. I did a ton of research before taking a chance on this phone. For me, the most important feature is the camera, and you generally don't get anything of quality below $300 - not the case here! The photo quality is B A N A N A S!! So crisp, so clear. Sample photos attached - first two are straight "out of the box" in average room light, 3rd is full 200MP (though guessing Amazon will compress this a bit), 4th is macro. In fact, if I had to define this phone in one word, it would be crisp. The haptics, the screen, the app performance - crisp crisp crisp. Setup was problem-free using google sync which the phone walked me through. Everything transferred over right down to my wallpaper and ringtone. Seriously y'all - this is like going from a beat up Honda Civic to, if not a Ferrari, certainly something ..... brand new and sporty. Idk I'm not a car guy lol. If all that wasn't enough, this came with a nice TPU case, car charger, and a wall charger with European and US plugs. SO impressed!

Es un móvil altamente satisfactorio. La pantalla se ve genial. Recién comprado se bajo la actualización de Miui 14 a HyperOS. No puedo comparar porque le instalé esa actualización el mismo día que me llegó el móvil, pero creo que esta actualización no le ha sentado especialmente bien, hay algunos laggeos en ciertas operaciones. Esperemos que cuando me llegue la actualización a HyperOS 2.0 se corrija solo. La cámara principal tiende a ser incomprensiblemente borrosa en los bordes (no el gran angular, me refiero a la cámara principal normal). Si fotografías por ejemplo la etiqueta de una botella, el texto inferior de la etiqueta se ve borroso. La foto sale perfectamente, pero no sale todo enfocado. Si haces zoom 2X y haces la misma foto, si que todo lo que salga en la fotos, sí que sale enfocado. De hecho, el modo macro, viendo que si haces zoom 4x sale mejor, no voy a usar el modo macro (que personalmente si que usaba en mi móvil anterior aunque tooodo el mundo reniega de esta lente macro de 2Mpx, a mi sí que me servía). No sé si es cosa mía y realmente a la lente no le ocurre nada y esto es normal. El modo 200Mpx es funcional sólo en condiciones de buena iluminación, sino, haces la misma foto en modo 200Mpx y en modo normal (12Mpx, creo) y la de 12Mpx aparece más "sharpen" y más enfocada que la misma foto pero hecha en modo 200Mpx. Con buena luz y en exteriores, si que se nota que puedes cropear elementos pequeños y se ven con más definición. Android Auto funciona perfectamente (Citroen 2017). En mi anterior Xiaomi Mi 10 Lite 5G las actualizaciones de las apps se bajaban e instalaban más rápido que este Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G. Son cosas que hasta que no las tienes, no puedes saberlas. Pero realmente el móvil mayormente funciona perfectamente. Quizás el modelo Redmi Note 13 Pro+ funcione mejor al tener otro procesador más potente (si no juegas, no creo q notes diferencia con este) y creo que tiene mejores cámaras. El vídeo en 4K funciona también muy bien. El autoenfoque falla lo esperable en este tipo de gamas intermedias.
