These are so delicious!! I just opened my second bag. They are so crisp and crunchy but not tough and jagged. They are some how super crisp but light and airy at the same time. I will never be without a bag of these in my house! HEAVEN

These have become my new favorite healthy snack. Im trying to watch what I eat and these definitely have helped keep me away from junk food that is not beneficial to me... these have no added sugars and are perfect for the eating goals I have I hope they supply these for a very long time

My husband and I are upper middle aged and our cravings for something crunchy has been terrible! We have been eating potato chips, not good for us! I was looking for something a bit healthier and ordered many other products, but that crunch factor was just not satisfying us! These have a great crunch factor and we both like it a lot! It doesn’t quite have that salty flavor, which is good for us and it took a bit to get used to that! We haven’t been eating the potato chips! So it’s a win!!

Great taste! Just wish the packaging kept them from breaking.

REGULAR BUYER -- LOVED LOVED - so much I was willing to overlook the inaccurate nutrition facts and labeling (substantiated by the disclaimer on their website that their nutrition content and labeling may be inaccurate) - which i didn't know was legal -- but whatever, I'm glad to get the product. Except - this last purchase was a huge departure in quality -- the chips were very discolored, the beans had white patches, chips that are usually "beige" were orange, had orange spots, the usual - and wonderful "crisp" that sets these chips apart was replaced with hard crunch - even causing physical discomfort (pain) in chewing, parts of the beans could not be ingested (wouldn't break down). They were definitely oiler than usual which was evidenced on the inside of the bag.. They never smelled that great, or had a strong smell really.. so nothing obvious on that front. The subtle flavor of the individual vegetables was absent -- replaced with a taste of only "oil" -- I don't know if this batch (which expired 01/2026) was cooked at the wrong temperature, or cooked too long, or with the wrong oil ratio... but it was bad. I'm disappointed because this was the best source I've found for getting this product (even though paying over $10.00 a pound when purchasing 3lbs) -- I guess I could have returned them -- but let's face it - that would have been difficult and they wouldn't have any way of knowing if i had tampered with the product, so decided it wasn't worth my time and effort. Perhaps others had this experience as well?? If the company wants to replace my purchase with another "batch" (with a different expiration date) that would be wonderful and I'll happily update or replace this review- I want to believe this was an isolated incident! But if not, I don't know if I'll buy them again without some sort of explanation or assurance of quality. Also -- why can't we just make these in the united states? Americans are great at frying things!! UPDATE: I posted this review on August 24, 2025. It is now MARCH 23 2026…seven months have passed and I have not been contacted and offered a replacement or a refund.

These chips are the exact same ones (quality and taste) I buy at Sprouts, Fresh Market and my local large Asian grocery all of which are far more expensive. Only difference is that in the market they come in hard plastic box containers so the chips don’t get crushed- this mega bag has lots of chip dust upon arrival. Perhaps it could be used as a breading for chicken or pork?? Beyond that small complaint, it’s a great deal if you move through a lot of these chips (I don’t know how long they stay crisp/fresh). The bag is huge and I personally eat these compulsively/mindlessly which is a problem with such a seemingly bottomless bag. Keep in mind, these are not low calorie; they have the same calories as baked potato chips (and MORE carbs, though FAR less sodium!). I fear 3 lbs of these will simply be deposited on my body. I am attempting to parcel them out into airtight containers and freeze some so they are not devoured immediately. Hopefully they survive the freezer! In all, I definitely recommend them if you have a crowd to share them; they make a lovely, vibrant bowl of munchies for a holiday get together or the like. *Update: they froze perfectly (a few weeks): no change to texture or taste!

While they are delicious, they definitely can't be used for dipping! A bunch of little pieces, unfortunately. Oh well.

These chips are absolutely amazing. Brilliant shrink wrapped packaging. Super fresh and crunchy. Not too many broken pieces. And half the cost of grocery store versions. You can add sea salt or any powdered seasoning on top to jazz them up. Great way to eat veggies that honestly taste more like potato chips than anything. 😋
