Life Saver for Teacher with Back and Neck Pain
This is the third chair I've purchased from this manufacturer. It is obvious that they listen to feedback from customers and make every effort to improve form and function. Apart from the cheerful colors, the big upgrades on this chair are the fully adjustable headrest, the thicker cushion, and the wider back. The coat rack will also be a useful feature for many people at the office. I am a piano teacher who sits for long periods of time, working with students. When I'm not teaching, I sit in my craft room for long periods. I have pinched nerves in my neck and lower back. I cannot overstate the importance of my chairs being as ergonomic as possible. This chair is ideal for me at 5'5", with the seat in the lowest position. The S curve fits my back perfectly, and the mesh is extremely comfortable. If needed, I can tweak the position of the padded/cushioned lumbar support with the built-in adjustment slider. The adjustable headrest makes such a difference to me. I can easily shift it if I need to relieve pressure on my neck. This is the chair you won't mind sitting in ALL day. I LOVE the color combinations, which are perfect for my little craft room. I can easily roll the chair from one workstation to another. The chair feels sturdy, and the quality is all top-notch. I believe it will last a long time. It was easy to put together. They included the necessary tools and even provided white gloves for handling the hydraulic lift. This is a fantastic chair for the price. The quality and value make it stand out from the rest. You can't go wrong with this one.

The Perfect Gift...
I got this chair for my wife as a gift. She's pretty picky about these kind of stuff, but this one really met our expectations. First off, it looks sleek and modern – the wide backrest and cool design give it a professional vibe. Plus, they added a coat hanger at the back, which she found really handy. The chair is not just about looks, though. The flip-up armrests are a cool move – you can easily slide it under the desk, saving space. The foam cushion is comfy without being too soft or too firm, perfect for long hours of sitting. My wife loved especially the adjustable lumbar support feature after the old one - it's great for back pain due to long work hours. Putting it together was pretty easy, took me around 20-25 minutes. And the 5-year warranty is a nice bonus for that extra peace of mind. In a nutshell, it's a mix of style, practicality, and comfort. My wife loved her new chair, and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a top-notch ergonomic chair without sacrificing style.

Firm cushion
This is a nice chair, but for me, the arms were too high and I couldn't lower them. When you flip them up, they are still in the way...they don't tuck back far enough.

Very comfortable. Easy to assemble correctly if you read the instructions.
I have a hybrid work schedule so I'm working from home 3 days a week. I bought this chair to replace the one I bouught during the pandemic. I love the adjustable lumbar support, the swing up arms (I also play guitar) and the overall comfort of this chair. It took me about 20 minutes to assemble and while I was doing it I couldn't help but laugh about the guy that wrote a one star review because he installed the arms wrong and tried to blame his error on the chair. (Wonder if he ever did get around to reading the instructions.)It's a stury, quality product at a reasonable price. If you're going to be spending a significant amount of time sitting at a desk you can't go wrong with this chair.

Was definitely worth it
Great deal on Cyber Monday.I was worried because it was so much plastic but it is very strong regardless. The armrest flip up which is a good option. The fabric is very comfortable on the seat and back. ( padding only on the seat) I only didn't like the headrest being so far forward similar to current vehicles seats that want a five-star rating for being rear-ended so the headrest pushes your head forward... why is that needed inside your home. 😂 I removed the headrest and threw it out, now I love the chair, very comfortable. No, I'm not a gamer, it's just my desk chair. Now let's see how long it lasts 🤔 but go for it, definitely decent.

Korawan Amy McDaniel this is it!
The media could not be loaded. I really like the chair so much the manual have the color and so clear to follow. I can put them together by myself with only one and a half hand because my left hand just got surgery two days ago is really easy with the photographs in the manual And all the parts Kim, separate in the package so easy to find. And a color that I pick is pink is really nice I really love the chair. I might buy the other one with the blue color for my son. I recommend this chair.

Excellent chair!
I use this chair for sewing, and I suffer from lower back pain, and can sew for hours without feeling any pain at all. I also have a Harman Miller Aeron, and the seat and armrest and backrest are at least as comfortable as the Harman. I don't need the Headrest because it's for sewing, and I saw that without it there were 2 empty holes left for screws, and it somewhat detracts from the look of the chair, so I looked for matching screws in the unnecessary screws, and found 2 unnecessary short screws that match, so you can use this chair even without HAEDREST.
